The installer came a bit early, listened carefully, and began work immediately, completing the job without problems (so far). Will have to await a heavy rain to see is vent stack leak has been repaired, but the damage to the old flashing was shown to me and is apparent.

Excellent service, clearly described what and why certain steps needed to be done, what was unnecessary and how the repairs will be done. Suggested alternatives but never gave the impression of a hard sell. Felt very comfortable discussing my concerns. Will definitely consider using their other services (gutters and power washing).
