The installer came a bit early, listened carefully, and began work immediately, completing the job without problems (so far). Will have to await a heavy rain to see is vent stack leak has been repaired, but the damage to the old flashing was shown to me and is apparent.

Quick response, extremely efficient, resolved problems, opened lines of communication night before visit and the morning of visit. A previous appointment held him up so he re-called and we pushed the repair time back by an hour. He conducted himself very professionally and was quite friendly throughout. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services to all.
