Job was done thoroughly by identifying fixing problem areas first (i.e. rotted wood, etc.) in order to do a great job.

It went very well. The crew was punctual and professional. The quality of their workmanship was very good. It was clear that they took pride in what they did.

The work was done on time, neatly and within budget. The crew cleaned up after themselves each night. Luis was very personable and friendly. Luis makes sure his customer is happy with the work performed. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. I would hire him again. I will confidently recommend LT Roofing to all of my friends and relatives.

After Three roofers failed to fix the problem with my flat roof, Luis fixed the roof and the room below has been bone dry the past five years. As a matter of fact, I just re-hired Luis to replace gutters and repair soffits.

Luis owner of LT Roofing did a major part of our roof in 2015 and we needed another part done with extensive copper work and new gutters in 2016. As always, he is a Pro's Pro in every sense. The copper work was extensive complicated but as always he is incredible at every step of the process and he takes great care in preparation which is critical for an excellent job. His crew who have worked with him for many years are smart, friendly and they clean up every day - you would never know anyone was working there. We opted for new over-sized gutters and Luis had to be "creative" in some spots and the end result was beautiful. In addition several areas of copper flashing needed to be done over our old Fieldstone chimneys and this was also perfectly done. Hiring Luis and recommending him to friends has been the smartest contracting work I have ever done. I have no relationship to Luis other than being a very happy repeat customer.

Luis owner of LT Roofing is a professional in every sense. I first met him when he did a complete roof on our previous Colonial about 7 years ago and then he also replaced roofs on two of our closest friends. He is incredible at every step of the process and he takes great care in preparation which is critical for an excellent job. He is hands on with his crew (same over past 7 years) and pays attention to every detail. Our current house has a lot of fieldstone walls and chimneys and there was a lot of difficult copper flashings and copper valleys needed. It came out as we expected perfect and beautiful - no short-cuts for Luis. Also the old roof was tongue and groove boards poorly and unevenly laid down. Luis replaced bad parts and sheathed the entire roof with 4'x8' CDX plywood. Our cost was higher because we opted for Certainteed TL triple laminate material and this requires a knowledgeable roofer who is trained to install TL. As Luis was working on the roof, our contractor/carpenters/electricians were extremely impressed with LT Roofing workmanship and kept commenting to me they have seen dozens of roofers - who breeze in and out and no one comes close to the kind of high quality that Luis and LT Roofing provided. Yes you can save 10-15% elsewhere but it well worth the extra cost to get the peace of mind that you are getting the best of the best with Luis and his team. I have no relationship to Luis other than being a very happy repeat customer.

Excellent job on the roof, uncovered problems that I did not know that I had, 3 broken joist and a fan vented into the attic. Does need better communication on the price for the additional services.

The overall job went very well, taking just over a week, which was on time and on budget. They did a great job and cleaned up well. We'll be looking to have them bid on the project when we replace the aluminum siding on our house as well.
