+ -1 moreCurtis scheduled to come to clean my dryer vent. I waited all afternoon and he never showed up. He never returned my phone call or text to determine if he was coming. Very unprofessional to not show up and call to let the customer know you are not calling. I would not use him again.

+ -1 moreI called Loyalty and left a message that I'd like my chimney swept as soon as possible. I received a call back 24 hours later from Curtis who said he'd be happy to come out on Friday between 1:00 and 1:30. Price would be $130. However, Curtis never showed up --- didn't even bother to call to cancel or say he would be late. So, I called another company -- I'll let you know how that goes. Hopefully people will read this and recognize that this company isn't about customer service.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING WAS FINE. THE GUY WAS NICE AND HIS WORK WAS GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND HE IS A TRUE PEOPLE PERSON. WE DIDN'T REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE CHIMNEY AND THE NAMES OF THE PARTS, BUT HE SAT DOWN WITH US AND EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CHIMNEY AND PUT THE SLATE ON.
