+ -1 moreDue to power outage during renovation, the project was delayed. Dumpster was left an additonal 2 weeks to accommodate the delay. A bit difficult to get hold of at the office - I think best time might be first thing in the morning. Message was left and call returned.

They had garbage and recycling cans delivered in 2 days. I have used them for 2 months now. They pick up promptly and do not leave a mess. I signed up for convenient monthly automatic payments. I also love that they are family owned and operated.

+ -1 moreOffice staff were extremely friendly and responsive. Dumpster was brand new looking. I laid out 5 4x8 pieces of plywood on the driveway to protect it and they delivered perfectly on the boards. Haven't had the pick up yet but have rented from them before so don't anticipate any issues.

Description of Work: I was very lucky to have found this company. They were prompt, responsive and very easy to work with. I called and was referred to Karen who handled all dumpster requests. She was generally pretty busy, but if I called and she was unavailable she always called me back shortly thereafter. The dumpster was dropped off in the morning and the driver was friendly and helpful as to where to best place it. They left the dumpster and I called a couple of days later to have it taken away. It was so easy. I would not only highly recommend them but I plan to use them again.

+ -1 moreThey are just very easy to deal with. If you are going to be away for the two weeks they will immediately stop service. They have always been very fair and they gave us a great price for the dumpster. We have been with them for about 6 - 7 years and we will continue to use their services in the future.
Description of Work: We moved from a large house to a much smaller home and we rented a dumpster from them because we are going through all of the things from our larger home and getting rid of what we don't want.
