Lecla's workers showed up on time every day. There were no interruptions in the project with the exception of rain. The crew did not work multiple projects at the same time and did not leave until the job was complete. The crew worked extremely hard and never took breaks except for lunch. Luis (owner) responded immediately to any phone calls or questions I may have had and if there were any concerns he came to the project site. His estimate was more than fair. He was hired after I observed the work ethic of his crew and the finished project at a residence in my neighborhood. That homeowner was extremely pleased as well. I am extremely happy with the finished product!!

My wife and I were shopping around for a Roofing Contractor and a friend of my wife had extensive work done to his home (in our area) that was completed by Lecla Home Improvements and recommended that we talk with Louis (principle) and informed us that without hesitation that we should go with his Firm. After meeting with Louis to discuss the project his pricing was in line with what we received from other‘s and was in line with the Northeast’s pricing standards, see below comments: • Phone, text and e-mail communications were excellent . • All Insurance requirements were in order. • Site workers were courteous and professional at all times. • Safety equipment was used at all times to prevent Employee and residents from accidents and property damage. • Positioning of materials through the site were placed in a way that made the projects installation run efficiently. • All supplied materials that were discussed were delivered. • All material installations that were discussed were installed as per manufactures specifications. • When they were complete with the interior work associated with the VELUX skylights it looked as they were never there. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the completed project from the first meeting with Louis until the completion of the decided project work, the choice to hire a contractor to perform work at your home is not an easy task , stressful as it may be, I will assure anyone that is in the course of hiring a Contractor and have the pleasure of meeting Louis that you will not go wrong in hiring his Firm to complete and perform an excellent job.

Luis and his team were great. Henry, his foreman, was very helpful and was on site walking us through the process for each project we did with Lecla. The group was hardworking and they cleaned up the worksite every day. We are very happy with the job they did for us and would recommend them and would hire them again in the future.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Luis was responsive and knowlegable instilling confidence. Once we signed the contract everything went like clockwork. The materials were delivered a couple of days before the start date, his fantastic crew turned up onetime followed by the all important dumpster. They quickly got down to work in horribly hot and humid conditions, the old roof and gutters went in the dumpster and the new went up in no time. I was impressed by the attention to clean up at the end of every day. The last day was a super cleanup with nail seeking magnets. I throughly recommend this company and have already contracted with them to work on our decks.

The overall project was completed on time and with only 1 minor hiccup (repainting a room) which Luis and his team responded to immediately and resolved within 48hours. I cannot day enough about the Lecla team from Luis to Henry to the workers. They work expeditiously and they cleanup immaculately. Luis stayed in contact with me and we discuss any/all changes to the project in real-time. My house looks brand new and I am so happy with the final outcome. My neighbors have approached me with compliments and that makes me feel so good. Lecla did a remarkable job.

Lecla was terrific -- a foreman came very promptly to inspect the damage on our roof and to take careful measurements (in contrast to another company, which sent someone who took a quick look from the ground, never went on the roof at all). Two workman from Lecla came very soon after to make the repairs (which included replacing rotten wood underneath the shingles), and did an excellent job. The estimate and final invoice were carefully prepared too, with prices for specific repair materials, We were very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Luis is very kind and easy to deal with. He always responded to our questions immediately. Luis quoted us with a fair price and we are very happy with the end product. We hired Lecla Home Improvements LLC for new roof, chimney cap, major water damaged bedroom repair ( ceiling , walls & carpet) and for replacement windows etc. Our home was badly damaged by the May 15th tornado to the roof, bedroom, kitchen and widows. We had other contractors bid for the job. When my wife & I met with Luis Clavijo, we felt he is the guy to do the job. Luis was punctual and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his field of work and in explaining to us in detail of the scope of the work involved, above all he is very humble. Since we have to work with the Insurance company, Luis prepared a very detail breakdown of his estimate to submit to the insurance company and met with the adjuster at the house to go over the breakdown to agree on the final price. Not only he and his team were punctual, he also has great communication and sense of urgency by returning phone calls or e-mails promptly. His team captain Henry was at site all the time during the roof installation and bedroom repairs and for other jobs. Our roof has multiple steep areas with unusual roof architecture with multiple peaks, valleys and dorm. His team was very efficient and has done the job in 2 days and we are very pleased with the outcome. When I asked Luis for some other small jobs that need to be done at the house, not related to damage by tornado, he was very accommodative and instructed Henry to take care of it and Henry did a great job. He did such a nice job on the roof and bedroom etc, we decided to change additional windows at our house that were not part of the tornado damage, totaling the no of replacement windows to be 20. The Job was done very well and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I would highly recommend Lecla Home Improvements LLC to any roof, home improvement or window replacement job.

I'm very happy with my new deck and LP SmartSide siding. Right from my initial contact, Luis was wonderful. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He provided me with a proposal very quickly and submitted his license and liability insurance information without even asking for them. That really impressed me; none of the other prospective contractors did that. He gave me a very fair and honest proposal. The deck, siding, and painting crews were awesome. They were some of the hardest workers on some of the hottest days of the summer, each one very meticulous and together worked so well as a team. They were very respectful of my property and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. LP Smartside is engineered wood siding and fairly new to this part of the country. Lecla did a wonderful job and I would recommend anyone thinking of using this material to trust Lecla to do a great job. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this contractor.

Started with the bid, which was the lowest of numerous bids I collected. Contract included all the stipulations I was looking for including snow shield, protection of garden, full cleanup. Crew was somewhat delayed (a month) in starting, but stayed in communication with me. Provided all necessary insurance and licensing documentation and obtained permit from the town. When the job started, the work progressed very quickly. The roof was completed within a week and the gutters were replaced by the middle of the following week. I hired an independent contractor just to oversee the quality of the work and he was very impressed. Luis represented the company and was responsive to my emails and phone requests, including several site visits, a true professional. Would strongly recommend the services of this company.

Went extremely well, the crew showed up around 7am, were completely finished by 5pm, left the area just as clean as it was before the job was done, the job consisted of ripping out the old roof, replacing plywood sheets, and installing a completely new roof, very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, expected at least a 2-3 day job which is what everyone else said it would take. Took only one day, have been receiving compliments ever since, highly recommend Lecla

Luis and his team did an amazing job. The roof was completed quickly and looks fantastic. No corners were cut and it was clear that everyone knew exactly what they were doing and how to do the job properly. The entire area was cleaned after the job was finished and it doesn't look like anyone was ever there. Definitely a great team.

I have to share that Lecla Home Improvements, LLC come highly recommended. They went over and beyond replacing our old roof. The work was done with professionalism and expertise. The time from start to finish was remarkably quick. They are clean and courteous and are hard workers. The quality of the work and materials used were of the highest quality. Completed tear off and new roof in two days despite 95+ degree heat. Team was professional and took extra care on clean up. Did no damage to lawn or garden. I would highly recommend and hire again.

We wanted to change our front, back and basement entrance doors. After several estimates, we decided to order the doors ourselves, and hire Lecla Home Improvements to install them since they provided competitive price. Overall, the job is done quite nicely. The owner has been very responsive to a minor door knob installation issue too.
