He fit me in as promised, a day early actually, and the roof looks great. He cleaned up everything as if he was never there - my deck and driveway were spotless afterwards. I already plan to use him again for our siding. He is responsive, prompt, reliable, nice, and does great work - everything you would hope for in a contractor.

I called the owner Luis on a Friday and he was able to come out to my home the next day to look at the job and give me and estimate the same day. I schedule the job a month later due to the weather conditions. The 6 men crew showed up that day @ 7:30 am and started working immediately protecting the rest of the house from any damage caused by removing the old roof. Mid morning I bought the men coffee and donuts and they were so appreciative. They resumed working diligently knowing that the job had to be finished by the end of the day. The clean up job they did was absolutely amazing, including bringing their own dumpster that morning and taking it away that night. The owner was present periodically throughout the day in case there were any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again for my next home project.

From the beginning I was very impressed with Lecla Home Improvement. Initially I spoke with Luis over the phone about the project and he was at my home giving me a quote within 2 hours. We agreed upon a price and Luis and his team started the project in 2 days. The entire back half of my roof needed to be replaced including the plywood and soffits. They also repaired the chimney and put in new flashing. All the work was completed in 1 day and they exceeded my expectations. High quality product, professional workers, and during the clean up, the area of my yard where they were working looked better than it did when they started. I will definitely be using Lecla Home Improvement for other projects at my home.

Luis the owner / manager is a true Gentleman and very honest. He did a great job above and beyond what was in the contract. He is a bit shy and not pushy. At first i did not understand why however that's just his personality. He went out of his way in a very professional and courteous manner to insure we chose the right materials keeping prices and quality in mind. He did this work for a rental home i own in Eastchester NY. I'm very glad i met him and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

My husband who is an architect could tell right away that Luis knew what he was talking about. He gave us a quote with a fair price. The work was done quickly and very well with all debris cleaned up. We would definitely recommend him.

Manny, the foreman, and his assistant discovered water seepage which caused rot behind the siding. They removed the siding and rotted wood, installed new exterior plywood, new flashing, new siding and shingles. The day this was done was a bitterly cold day, but they never complained. They installed a new design to prevent water from hitting the corner where the water entered the house. This was all done in one day, and we have had a heavy rainstorm since then, to test their repairs. There was no oversell- another contractor- who finally called a few days after Lecla completed its work, estimated a far greater estimated cost. I will definitely use them again, most likely next year, to have my house exterior repainted. I live in Darien, yet the workers travelled from Danbury for the work; I only wish there were more contractors like this one.

This is the exception to the "you get what you pay for" rule. They not only offered an phenomenal price, the work was done with great craftsmanship. The company was referred to me by a close friend and I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Very professional company. Did both roofs with the skylights and cleaned the entire area spotless. The eight man crew started at 7:30 AM and were done by 3:00 PM with everything. Price was the best out 5 other roof companies and was a zero pressure quote session with Luis. We just hired them to install sliding doors and we can't wait to have them do the work!

Very well. Luis and his crew are very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The quote that I was given was the best quote I received of 3 quotes, and I would have chosen them even if they weren't the cheapest. He has a lot of experience installing siding which was apparent when he came out to the house to give me an estimate. It was an easy choice. They worked on my house for 5 full days. They arrived at sunrise and left at sunset. They are extremely hard working people. On the first day, there were roughly 8-10 people working on the house. They are quite, take little time off for breaks and take their time when they should. It seemed like each employee knew his job, listened to and respected Luis, their boss. At the end of each work day they cleaned up and left everything nice and neat. Lastly, Luis is very attentive. He responds very quickly to e-mails and phone calls. We had a great experience using Lecla Home Improvements. I would hire them again in the future, as they do work other than siding.

They did an excellent job. When I first called them, he immediately sent over a quote and said exactly when he would be there. They cleaned up and did a beautiful job. I have already referred them to others and I would highly recommend them.

Luis of Lecla was fantastic. His prices are extremely fair and he did a wonderful job in every way. I relied on him to also do a great job for two of my clients and he won raves with them as well. I could not recommend him more highly!!

LECLA is one of the company we ask for our project, we met other owners/company too but upon meeting Luis, we already knew he is the right one for the job. Planning took a little long for i keep on changing my minds in designs and colors, and Luis was so patient in dealing with all the changes, whether meeting us early am or late in the evening, if he can handle me! He can definitely handle anybody!!! My house is a colonial style and they change the whole sidings, window moldings, gutters, change the front door and add a portico. Luis and his crew finished the job in 3.5 days! Beat that!!! All his crew are very knowledgeable in the works their doing, every details is taking care of. Luis is constantly checking everything and making sure all is done property and as planned. Some small changes he is on it!! For Luis, he wants the client to be happy and content!!! His crew were very professional, responsible and most of all they clean up everything after the job. I will definitely recommend LECLA to any home improvements and definitely will be using them again in any future changes in our house! We are definitely satisfied to their works and we are enjoying the new look of our house!!!

Luis Clavijo did an excellent job. He took charge of what was done wrong by a previous contractor and did not stop working until all the issues with water leaks were resolved to his satisfaction and mine. In addition he gave me a 3 year warranty (worry free) which put my mind at ease because of the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. I would highly recommend Luis and his crew Secgondo and George. My compliments for a job well done.

This was a big project for us, and Lecla delivered. We couldn't be happier with the diligence and responsiveness of Luis and his team, and the brand-new appearance of our home. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. There was good communication throughout the job, which went on for about three weeks. Lecla utilized its own people or else brought in very solid people for every trade: roofing, vinyl siding, gutters, windows, entryway doors, garage doors, giving fresh life to our deck, and some interior sheet rocking and painting, along with foundation painting and sealing. Everything was of very good quality, and the workers were all very careful to protect our property and our stonework. Their price was reasonable, not a lowball number but not excessive either, particularly in Fairfield County, CT. I highly recommend Lecla for both their work and their people.

Luis and his men were the most professional and efficient workers that I have used since we bought the house 15 years ago. He gave a very faire price, stuck to it and finished the entire job in less two days. I would definitely use him again and refer him to my friends.

The repair was excellent and the process went very smoothly. Luis met with me several times to go over the details of the repair, the associated costs, and the timeline. He met me according to my schedule, either early morning or after work. We had no surprises during the repair. Luis' roofing team has worked over 12 years together and it shows. They coordinate their tasks and keep moving the job forward. They showed up on time every day, and even worked 10 hours on the first day to ensure that the sheathing was in place before nightfall. Luis is a great communicator. He telephoned throughout the process (from the initial quote to final inspection), rather than relying on text messaging or emails. He goes above and beyond.. for example, they discovered that a plumbing vent was improperly installed. Luis sent a worker to the hardware store to purchase the correct part and had it installed. Very fairly priced, professional, courteous, and prompt. Highly recommend this contractor. We have already used him for another project on our home.

Luis came out right away and gave me a great estimate on the roof. I agreed on a price and the product was delivered the next day. Contractor had to deal with very hot weather, so was flexible and able to start early in the morning. Contractor showed up at the planned times and cleaned up the site in a timely way. The work appears to be done professionally using promised materials. Contractor helped us out with some related repairs with good pricing, nice work, and on-time results. In fact, we're confident, thus working on another contract with LECLA for more work on-site.

Workers worked non-stop, no smoking, no testing, very neat and conscientious as well as safety conscious and polite and a good job site clean up job!
