Very Well. He showed me a large book of his work and from that we worked out my design and materials. He measured the area, then made me a list of tiles he'd need and how many. He recommended certain places over others, knowing their selection and prices. He arrived when he said he would and worked very h****** a hot day, even without air conditioning! He's a perfectionist, which is what I needed with small tiles that had a tendency to droop. He set up a station in my garage for cutting tile and even brought cardboard to protect my flooring from garage to kitchen. He cleaned up after both days- one for tiling, the other for grouting. He was friendly, with helpful suggestions, and totally interested in my satisfaction. The backsplash is beautiful.
