Description of Work: They rebuilt the transmission on our Ford Windstar. They gave me a flat rate. Within a year and a half, I had put enough miles on it that it failed again. This time he fixed it just for the cost of the part even though it was out of warranty. Shortly thereafter, a transmission OD light was blinking. He worked on it for weeks and finally discovered it was a short on some wires going to the transmission, and fixed it for free.
