They provided the lowest quote of all I received, and he seemed quote pleasant. I accepted his proposal and paid him 1/3 down. I looked up his business address and happened to catch him outside while he was washing his work van. He questioned why I was there and I told him I just wanted to verify he was an actual business. Through casual conversation, we spoke about possible storms but that they work in that type of weather. He showed up at my home a few days later and expressed how uncomfortable he was that I showed up. He understood my looking him up online, but not showing up in person. I decided to question the job and his overall attitude, and tried to contact him to cancel. I called many times and left messages with no answer. He showed up for the job with a helper as was previously scheduled. He claimed he never received my messages and I explained that I didn't feel comfortable with him completing my project. I requested that he return my check, which I believe he will do. Even if he does not return the check, I'm just happy to be rid of him.

Nice man showed up to measure the roof. He was going to stop by later in the week to provide a quote. He never returned.

Both my roof and my neighbors roof were impeccable jobs. They stayed on the job until it was completed. Took no shortcuts. Used only the best materials even those hidden from view. The estimate was in line with two other companies. The other contractor that was building an addition for me was also impressed. Nelson Sanchez was an absolute prince to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough.
