upholstery cleaning
+ -1 moreCushions and front of sofa have dirty cleaner stains on them. My wood floors were soaked for hours after he left. Doesn’t look like he even attempted to clean the front of the arms on the sofa.

+ -1 moreWe liked this company because they let us use a coupon. That way we felt like we were saving a little bit of money by using them as opposed to using some other company in our area. They were good about arriving on time. They sent out enough people to get the job done for us quickly and I was happy with them. They are probably who we would use in the future too. We felt they were easy to work with and flexible.
Description of Work: We had the carpeting in our dining room, living room and entertainment room cleaned by this company. They also did a small bathroom and a hallway in the downstairs of our 1800 square foot home.

+ -1 moreIN A NUTSHELL, I HAD A BROCHURE. I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A REGULAR PRICE FROM THE BROCHURE, AND THE PRICE HE GAVE ME WAS NOT THE SAME AT THE END OF THE SERVICE. HE LET ME KNOW THAT HE HAD TO SHOW ME THE ADVERTISEMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE. I NOTIFIED HIM AND THEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND WE WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CARPET AND SUPPOSEDLY GOT THE PET ODOR OUT OF THE CARPET. THEY OVERCHARGED ME.
