I didn't like Saq Allidian's attitude when I told him my rail is not finished, a totally new man on the other end of phone told me he never wanted to speak with us again that we are too picky and I said I will make that happen - get that! Found him on Angi, and HomeAdvisor. I don't recommend anyone, especially a senior, to use this business or to go by this site to look for five stars, after that I really would like to see what a 1 star review is. You're paying for the job to be done correctly, and the cost keeps changing, forgetting taxes... wow how convenient. In my opinion they need to look better at that company and these sites should check who they put on there better.

Highly recommended. Good price. Good materials. Good workmanship. I could not do a better job myself. I tried; I bought materials from a big box store and worked several weekends. The result was nowhere near as good and ended up costing about the same.

I had GPS crack-fill and seal my driveway, which is a more difficult than average (long and meandering). Of all contractors I've worked with over the past 30 or so years, I like Saq the most. He's kind, practical, smart, and measures well to give an accurate estimate (some people just glance at the job and give an estimate (and then underdeliver). Saq brings out the tools and does a thorough job). He didn't oversell. He recommended only what was needed and did give me a good, better, best quote per my request. His crew was exceptionally nice and did an equally exceptional job. I highly recommend Saq and GPS.

The company responded promptly to my request for a quote, kept me informed of their timing for the work and performed the work as soon as there was dry weather for a few days. I was very pleased with their prompt service and attention to detail.

Great communication, price, and work

I had a horrible experience with this company please be aware and do your research before hiring anyone, Zaq come out to my property have me a “ free” estimate for a parking area advised me that I didn’t need permits or anything because he knew a friend down at city hall and to give him a deposit. I gave him a deposit for $2,200 next thing you know I called city hall had an inspector from zoning come out to property and told me this was against zone regulations and illegal thank god I didn’t listen to zaq. I told him we couldn’t do the job he was furious and refuse to give my deposit back it’s been 1 month and now after telling him I will use he decided to partially refund us. He took $400 for himself for the quote this is false advertising “free estimate” also he threatened not to return money if I leave him a review please be aware wouldn’t wish this headache on anyone.

Global Paving & Sealcoating provided a first-class job involving asphault patching, asphault removal and replacement (8 tons of it!), crack filling and seal coating. GP did all of this at a very reasonable price (I received multiple quotes) and in a reasonable time-frame, given how wet the weather was this past summer. In this process, I learned about the “art” of driveway repair: the need to pay attention to all of the detail, the use of the correct material (it’s not all the same product) and the importance of proper grading (my driveway is steep with multiple grades). Zaq Alladin was a delight to work with and his work crew was cheerful, polite and knew what they were doing. 5 stars. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

In Oct. 2017 Saq (Global Paving) was hired to seal my driveway. Driveway was about 5yrs. old and in very good to excellent shape at the time. When the crew arrived to apply the sealer the very 1st thing I noticed was they were sub contractors (had there own advertising on side of truck) At the time it really didn't matter to me as long as the job was done properly and looked good. Well that was wishful thinking on my part because as soon as they started they had problems. There product was clogging up there spray nozzle, which meant it was being applied unevenly and very heavily in some areas. Saq was present and assured me everything would be alright. They finally got the entire driveway done but it took them twice as long. But then a new set of problems started. First the product was suppose to dry in 48-72 hours. In those areas sprayed heavily it did not dry. Then it rained ( after 72 hours, driveway should have been dried) which made those wet areas puddle up and the sealant washed away. I contacted Saq, told him he needed to redo my driveway which he agreed to do. After they redid the driveway a second time it looked much better & did dry within 48-72 hours. The next problem came a few moths later when large pieces of sealant started peeling off. Of course I was upset and I posted a review on another site stating the circumstances. Saq found out about the review and last week contacted me about coming over and fixing my driveway if I agreed to removed my review. I told him if he fixed my driveway I would change my review. Saq set up a day to come view my driveway with his foreman and discuss how he was going to fix it. He failed to show and sent me a email claiming foreman was sick. Now, a week later he's never showed nor contacted me. Saq's a smooth talker who uses subcontractors and gives you sub par work. Stay Away.

Arrived on time, pleasant to work with, however within a week, I called the manager back as one crack was failing. As a “courtesy” he returned and hand troweled some brown black fill into the crack, advising me to go to Home depot every year and redo it (I hired a company for a reason). The crack fill job was ugly, cracked quickly and didn’t last a month. The sprayed on sealer didn’t last longer than 6 months. I wasted my money last year. I just had the large crack area cut out, and completely redone with asphalt today, 9/17/18, turning to another contractor. I’ve since learned that the rubberized compound GPS used should never have been used, the crack was too large. The one patch remained raised and was an eyesore (also cut out as part of the redo today). I also learned that the proper way to seal a driveway to get good coverage is to brush it in, not spray it. I remain very dissatisfied that I was taken advantage of by this company, with such poor quality of work.

Wonderful. I am a builder and they get my highest recommendation. Job was done to my satisfaction and came back twice after the initial job was performed.

From the bidding process to project completion I could not be happier. The price was good and they tackled a very challenging driveway in my case. Everyone at GPS was very pleasant to work with and the end result was great.

It went well. The driveway looks really good now. Can't give anymore details because we were not home at the time it was done. Came back from vacation to a good looking driveway. We are really pleased with the work.

Driveway looked great when done- unfortunately only lasted a month. Sealcoat lifted in a spot after 4 weeks and the blacktop is now crumbling. Contacted company to be told I should go to Home Depot to purchase the supplies and fix it myself. What a waste of $2000 +.

It went very well, the workmanship ws excellent. All workers were very professional. They arrived on time. And the communication was excellent. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family! The price was very reasonable and they added extra asphalt to my driveway at no additional charge.

Jaq and his crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. All were very polite and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Jaq, the manager, who was on the job himself, is a personable young man and easy to work with.

Excellent. Great communication throughout the process, Mr. Alladin is very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in his work and the project. Project completed in one day. Estimate came in at a very fair price and was accurate. Workers were professional and courteous. Very satisfied with the result.

Everything went very smoothly. They were prompt, efficient and professional. I liked that the estimate had no hidden surprises and they did what they said they would do. They seal coated the entire driveway and everything blends in really well--you can't tell where the cracks were--looks very smooth!! I'm quite proud of how it all turned out.

I couldn't of asked for it to go any better than it did. They were professional, on time, got the job done efficiently, matched my other estimate prices and gave me a job well worth the money I spent. I was so pleased with my driveway after. The cracks are completely filled, the area where I had potholes were fixed and now it is smooth and the sealer they used made my driveway look brand-new. I would absolutely recommend Global Paving and Sealcoating to anybody looking for driveway improvements.
