I would rate them very poorly. I went to them a few weeks ago to exchange a mouse that I had purchased from them, a couple of months ago. I wanted to exchange it for another color. Everything else was the same. I wanted silver on black, instead of blue on black. I went to the service desk. I explained what I needed to the guy. He looked at the slip and told me that I had passed the date. I told him that I had been to Best Buy at Milford within the date, but they did not have the color I wanted. I had a sticker on the back of the product. He refused to exchange the mouse. I asked him if I could speak to his manager. He called his manager on the phone and told him about the situation very sarcastically. The manager came over and I explained everything to him. He told me that it was matter of their policy. I was getting a little irritated. I told him that the box containing the mouse was not even opened and it was the same product. I just wanted the color exchanged. Then, he stepped back and told me that he was going to do the exchange for me, but then he had changed his mind because of my attitude. I was shocked. I was not rude to him. I was just a little angry when he had told me that he could not do the exchange because it was the policy. Meanwhile, my husband was buying a new gadget worth $650 for my son. I went to my husband and told him not to buy the gadget from the store. I told my son that I would not buy a product from a store where I am treated badly. I walked out with my family and the manager was standing on the side. I went up to him and told him that he had lost a sale worth $650 as it was my policy. I was really upset with him because he was rude and obnoxious. I think he and the salesperson were friends. I felt belittled by them. I did not like the fact that they refused to do the exchange in spite of me having the sales slip and an unopened new mouse. I will never go to the store again.
Description of Work: I wanted a mouse exchanged from Best Buy – Danbury. I had bought the mouse from them, two months ago.
