They quoted while on site and gave various options. They came the same day I called. Planning on them doing maintenance on my PH Balancer and Water softener this week.

Very good experience from the woman on the phone to the technician who made the house call. They could not be more pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The first point of contact went over everything that would be done during inspection and then provided the rane in price depending on what was discovered and what I decided to request. The tehcnician was great as outlined above and we are very pleased with their service and the outcome. Our neighbor highly recommended Foley's and now we know why. We highly recommend them as well!

I have been using them for years and they are always great. They had to install a special type of pump due to the depth of the well. Their prices are competitive.

They were okay. They did very good well work and basic plumbing. However, for boilers and heating, I would go with somebody who is specifically trained in that area. I will use them again in the future.

They were great. They are someone whom I would recommend. They do a number of things anything involving water treatment, sump pump and water wells. Everybody in our area has well water so anything involving water they are very knowledgeable. On short notice they showed up and gave me an estimate and the final costing was exactly the same as the estimate. I would use them again.

Foley's Pump Service installed a new sump pump in my home. On the day of installation, Foley's staff arrived on time. They were professional, affable and courteous. Upon completion, they demonstrated the operation of the sump pump and and explained how the unit would operate if water was present before leaving the premises. Of course, there hasn't been an opportunity to test it out for real as of yet (and I don't want any more flooding water!) but at the end of installation day, I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

Our whole experience with Foley's Pump Service was extraordinary. We were quite hopeful we would not be without water for any period of time. We were in a position where any unscrupulous company could have tried to take advantage of us, We were tremendously blessed by qualified, experienced, fast working contractors. They were smart, thorough,and explained everything they were doing. We were shown our very old pump/motor which was rusted and disintegrated. There was no doubt they knew what they were doing and their diagnosis based on our tale of woe was immediate.Our direct conversations prior to and after the work with Mr.Kevin Foley,owner, were unusually pleasant. The technician came immediately and was able to assess the work and give a detailed quote. The quote was fair,given the work involved. The job was then done on the promised date and everything was completed in a few hours. The workers were professional and the work was done with high quality.

When I called Foley's, a living person answered the phone immediately and the young woman who spoke with me was particularly pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She made an appointment for the next day but indicated that she would try to get someone out to my place that afternoon and in fact, less than four hours after I called, someone was there. Mike W. from Foley's was able to find the problem in less than an hour (a leak in a water pipe used to fill a decorative pond in our back yard which was draining our well, causing air to get into the water line and resulting in the air-hammer sound we were hearing when the pump went on) and in doing so, inspected all the other possible sites (both inside and outside of the house) where a water leak might have occurred (something that was not done by either of the previous companies called for the same problem). In addition, in a friendly and informative way, Mike took the time to educate me about the workings of our water system equipment and how to monitor and check it in the future. It was excellent service. I would not consider calling anyone else in the future for problems with my well or pump.

Foley's Pump Service is a very reliable, dependable, and prompt company. We've been using their services for years and they've never let us down. The servicemen have all been professional and responsive to our questions.

The job went very well. Foley's responded on the same day I called; had a competent 2-man crew; had the equipment and replacement part they needed; worked efficiently and competently; were professional and careful.

Good. Representative checked pump control, determined it wasn't working, replaced, checked power to pump, found excessive current, checked well head, found damage to wiring, repaired. Checked to ensure correct functioning of pump.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE FROM FOLEY'S PUMP SERVICE WAS THAT THEIR WORK WAS WELL DONE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE AND RIGHT ON TIME.
