The entire process could not have gone better. Dave answered all of my questions and did a very thorough job inspecting the property. I would highly recommend using him and will tell anyone I know who needs this service that this is the right company to use.

Dave arrived on time and spent a few hours inspecting the home. He sent a detailed report in the evening with pictures. He was prompt in responding to follow-up questions after I moved in.

Dave was amazing. He was able to be at our home that week as it was time sensitive. He showed up early to get a head start on the outside and roof. He spent SIX hours with us. He inspected each room and every detail... taking pictures and notes as he went. He was even OK with us asking questions throughout the process and was happy to share his knowledge with us. He went as far to look at things 3 or 4 times until he found out why it wasn't working (i.e. electrical). We loved working with Dave and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
