I like the owner. She is very nice. But I wasn't very impressed with the people she had clean my house. They could have been more careful. They kind of rushed through everything.

They cae and gave estimate on sunday and came to do work today. all looks good

Great. They do a very good thorough job. We trust them in our house when we are away. When we come home the house is clean. There is no chemical smell. They use low toxicity products. They are also systematic: They have detailed notes on how to clean everything so they don't forget things.

We chose Ecolibrium because we did not want to use harsh chemicals and this company believes in environmentally responsible cleaning methods. We've been using the company for many months now and find that the service has been consistently good to excellent. The owner has sold the company to their head cleaning person. So far nothing has changed.

The cost was not excessive. I felt they were good but not excellent. It was fair and adequate. The owner was very pleasant, nice, helpful and accommodating. I was in a jam and needed my house cleaned and found them through Angie's List

Everything went well and I have no complaints.

I've used Ecolibruim several times. I've had the same team every time, and contrary to the company's statement that all employees can communicate in English, only one of the pair that comes to my house speaks English. The work they do is average to good. Even though I've explained to them (well, the girl who does speak English) about certain things, like the outlet in our hall that sets off the carbon monoxide alarm, they continue to do the things I've asked them not to do. They also tend to put things back in places where I can't find them. I once had to search for a good three days for the tub stopper, which I found in my bed side table of all places. Having said all of that - I'll continue to use Ecolibrium. Every other service I've tried in town is worse in terms of punctuality and service. They do show up when they say they will and do the work they say they will. They use "green" products, which is important to our house, as we have cats. All in all, I'd recommend Ecolibrium for house cleaning.

The whole experience was better than I expected. The owner was very responsive and knowledgeable. I was given a detailed checklist of everything they would do and it really happened. Two workers arrived on time with their own vacuums, ladders, cleaning supplies and got right to work. I was in and out all day and those people never missed a beat. They were quiet and conscientious. All together they completed 16 man hours worth of work. I would use them again in a minute!

I didn't use them. They were very good but the dates didn't work out.

The job went very well. They did everything that they were supposed to do. I would use them in the future.

They come on time, and they are professional. And we trust them to clean the house while we are away. It's a pleasure to home to clean place! We used them first at the end of our construction before we moved in. They did a great job in a very messy construction site as well. I am not sure how their price compares to the competition, but their price seems reasonable to me for the quality of work they do.

They have been magnificent. They thoroughly cleaned the house top to bottom and my wife and I have been simply delighted. We should have brought these guys in 3 years ago.

We were trying to get our new house cleaned on a specific date between having the floors refinished and the movers showing up with all of our stuff - so we had a tight window. I was clear about these facts and proceeded to set up a meeting with Russ. He came out, gave us a quote but couldn't actually make the date we needed. His business sounds great, but if you can't do the job you want, why waste our time making us come out to the property to quote it?

For the initial deep cleaning a team of three workers labored about 5 hours Ecolibrium specializes in using "Eco-Friendly" products and techniques, and is moving toward certification as a "Green" service provider. The workers were professional, courteous, and very through. They change into work shoes at the door so as not bring outside dirt into the home. The team leader checked frequently with the homeowner to make certain any specific details were being cared for. The house has wood floors and cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and many glass surfaces, all requiring appropriate cleaning protocols. The area to be cleaned consisted of a foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, large family room, bathroom, hallway and staircase. When they were finished every surface sparkled, and there was not a fingerprint or cobweb anywhere. This company only uses specifically selected products and equipment in order to assure that the highest standards for air quality, low toxicity, and environmental impact are maintained. My mother was thrilled with the service and has decided to continue using Ecolibrium's services for bi-weekly maintainence.
