We, CRS Electric were contracted by ECCO Energy, LLC to be the Instalation Team for one of their projects. CRS Electric performed the job and completed the job in a timely manner, actually completed 2 weeks prior to target and required completion date! The project was inspected and signed off on by both companies. Payment was made by the company and received by ECCO Energy, LLC on or about February 9th, 2012. We were informed by ECCO that payment was received and that payment would be forthcoming. As of this date, CRS Electric has not received any payment for this project by ECCO Energy, LLC. CRS has attempted to contact ECCO on several occasions via phone and email. ECCO has not (as of this date: April 27, 2012) returned any of our attempts of contact regarding this situation. Our caution to all ~ if you are going to consider working with ECCO Energy, LLC in any capacity in which you will be receiving monetary compensation for your services, be extremely, extremely cautious. You may very well not get paid for your hard earned labor, wages, expenses etc. As a small business the amount that is owed to CRS Electric by ECCO Energy has contributed largely to an already tight situation of the economic times. We have had business relalations with ECCO Energy in the past, and their history is slow paying, however, they always usually paid. We still have two other small projects that are outstanding with ECCO from October and November 2011, however, not nearly to the size and loss of this particular project.
