Description of Work: Replaced a part on my 35 year old central air conditioner. I couldn't believe what a great experience this was...every time someone has serviced this antique over the last decade all they want to do is sell me a new one. Five years ago Standard Oil said it couldn't be fixed and sent out a salesman!

Description of Work: We lost heat during a blizzard about 10am and called Donnelly. He arrived about an hour later, repaired the oil burner & physically showed us what the problem was. We had another company out (from a previous oil company) to clean our furnace about 2-3 years ago, and his cleaning threw something out of whack which he refused to acknowledge, and we wound up paying about $100 more to fix his problem. | |Donnelly was very professional, and worked over an hour, but only charged for one. His price included parts and taxes. We are very pleased and will use him to clean our furnace. |

+ -1 moreThey were recommended by another plumbing. They told me they charge $199 for the first hour and $175 for every hour after that. Most plumbers in the area charge about $90 to $95 an hour on average. I was not on the phone very long.
Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate on a repair.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, ACTUALLY THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF MY CALL. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELL MANNERED AND GOT MY FURNACE FIXED RIGHT AWAY.
