concrete repair
 + -1 moreContractor was never on schedule. Never showed up when he promised. Never called to say he wasn't coming. Never completed the job. He pitched all of the new sidewalks & patio towards the house instead of towards the drains. There are several low spots in the new concrete that accumulate water instead of going towards the new drains he installed. He never returned to correct these issues like he repeatedly promised. Never finished the work which included power washing & sealing of new concrete. Came to the house several times to setup return dates to correct & finish the job but never showed up.
Description of Work: Demo existing sidewalks & patio. Install new underground gutter & patio drains, install 2 new drywells, pour all new sidewalks & patio.
