Project manager and employees were very courteous, punctual, and professional throughout 3 days of work. Project manager explained each step and offered options when possible.
Description of Work: Crystal did demolition work to remove damaged floors, carpet, insulation, and dry wall caused by water damage from burst pipe. Price unavailable because Crystal will direct bill insurance company.

They were all friendly and very professional. They did what they needed to do. They came on time. They picked up their equipment when they needed to. They did a good job. They were a good company. They came out when they needed to. They came in a timely manner as well. I guess the price was pretty expensive, but I don’t know what other companies charge. Everything about them was good.
Description of Work: We used Crystal Restoration Service probably in February for drying out the eaves around the inside of the house because we had water damage.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY WERE EXPECTING A MUCH LARGER JOB THAN WHAT WE HAD. I THINK THEY WERE ACCUSTOMED TO DOING MORE EXPENSIVE JOBS THAN WHAT WE HAD DONE. I FELT LIKE THEY WANTED US OUT OF THE HOUSE WHILE THEY WORKED. I DON'T LIKE THAT, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. WE DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF CHOICES BECAUSE INSURANCE COMPANIES WERE INVOLVED.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED WET CARPET AND PADDING AND PUT DEHUMIDIFIERS IN. THEY PULLED UP THE BASEBOARDS TO DRY OUT THE WALLS. THEY HAD TO ELIMINATE THE MOLD THAT HAD GROWN. THEN THEY PAINTED, CLEANED AND REMODELED THE ROOM. A HOT WATER HEATER HAD BUSTED. OUR INSURANCE PAID FOR IT.
