donavan hall came to my house to put norton on 2 of my labtops and replace a a battery. he completedv the work i paid him by check. he also took a mini lap top with him because he needed a part inorder to put norton security on, as this would save time in completing the job. Its been 3 months and he hasnt returned the laptop or returned any of my calls.! as of now im without my labtop!
