Oswaldo and his cleaning crew are a good cleaning team. Efficient and thorough with their work! We will use them again!

We love Oswaldo and Senaida. They are kind,honest and very reliable. They come to our home every other week. We have been with them 6 months and they are always on time,professional and when time permits they even do little extras we did not expect. We couldn't be happier and will stay with them forever. 3/19/2015I used the cleaners on March 19th, 2015. They called the night before to remind me. They changed the agreed-upon time to 1/2 hour later, which was no trouble -- I was home all that day. They vacuumed very thoroughly, even moved couches to remove the dust under them. They did a very good job on the tile floors - kitchen, bathrooms, front hall. They dusted and polished the furniture very well in the living room, dining room, master bedroom, could have done a better job in the second bedroom. Also cleaned tub and sinks in the bathroom, but didn't wipe up some smudges on the kitchen stove.. They arrived on time, left a little early. Three people in one hour (three hours of labor) was actually a little less -- 45 to 50 minutes each. but the place looks a lot better.

I purchased their deal off angies list for 3 hours of cleaning and it was money well spent. Oswaldo and his helper did a fantastic job and I plan on continuing service with them.

Senaida and Oswaldo provide a great reliable cleaning service! I reached out to them after moving to Weston in the fall of 2014, and they have proven to be absolutely professional, thorough and reasonably priced. Really can't say enough nice things about them ... just very happy to have found them.

Went well. This is the second time Oswaldo and his crew have cleaned our home. So they know the floor plan and the routine of our home. We had him clean 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths of a 5 bedroom house. The house was not cluttered or messy and things were picked up and in their place BUT it had not been cleaned in a couple of months so it was extra dusty with lots of spider webs. They came and did the job with no complaints. They were timely and professional. I know he charges on an individual basis so I would not go by the price he charged me for any other home but I would say it was a fair price for the time spent---3.5 hours.

We set up every other week to clean our 2 small bathrooms (just remodelled) and our kitchen and hard wood floors. That is the help we need and within our budget. We were very pleased with their punctuatlity, price and professionalism. It's also great to know that any time we want to add "extras" or as our budget increases - they are there to take on more of the house cleaning responsibilities. Could not have been happier with our choice. Great meeting you Oswaldo and Senaida. Looking forward to many years of working together.

.It went fine. They arrived within ten minutes of the scheduled time and went right to work. They were professional and worked efficiently and were finished in about four hours.

I can't say enough good things about them. They are very thorough and do a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier. I've looked for a cleaning service for a while and have not found one as good as them. They are highly recommended. They are very easy to deal with and schedule with. They respond right away when called or text and are very accommodating to your schedule. An A+++++++++ all the way for them!!!

After using our prior cleaning service for over 5 years, the owner shut it down in order to go back to school and enter a new line of work. So we turned to Angie's List to find another service, because aside from being good cleaners, we wanted folks who were licensed and insured. After seeing many good reviews of Cleaning Solutions, I called Oswaldo in December 2013. He and his wife Seneida came over to review the home and give us a price, which was in line with our prior service. They were very professional, asked many questions and listened to the responses. Since our prior service was slated to close down on 12/31/13, we started with Oswaldo and Seneida in January 2014. They are on time, do a great job and are pleasant to work with. I like that they pay attention to little details as well--like dusting the ceiling corners and setting up the cord on my backpack vacuum so that it doesn't dislodge in mid-use. I put Oswaldo in contact with our former service so that if she had any clients still looking for a replacement that they could be referred to Cleaning Solutions. I have also already recommended them to a friend of mine.

She is very thorough, conscientious and reliable. Accommodates special requests an is always on time.

This husband & wife team were very professional and very reasonable. They did an exceptional job at the first cleaning & I hired them to do biweekly cleanings which began last week. The quality of the work is superb (& I have had many cleaning services in the past!). They are punctual, neat, efficient, & very personable. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for thorough quality cleaning of home or office.

Oswaldo & Seneida did a total house cleaning following some renovations we had done. They did the most thorough cleaning I have ever paid for! They are very personable & professional. They came a few days earlier to view the house & give us an estimate . They presented themselves very professionally, from their uniform shirts to their brochure. Their estimate was exceptionally fair. They arrived on the scheduled day right on time. I don't know how long they were here but upon my return, I was very very happy with the work. They removed the window screens to clean them & the windows. They moved the furniture around to clean the floors beneath. They cleaned every inch of every room & left the house spotless!!! We are very happy with their work & intend to keep them as biweekly cleaners. They are what everyone is looking for when they want their homes cleaned for a reasonable price. I recommend them very highly. Very nice people! Very hard working!
