Cleaning solutions did a fantastic job deep cleaning my home. I have two very busy, messy toddlers and the team at cleaning solutions got my whole house back in order! They moved furniture, cleaned everywhere and at such a reasonable cost for the tremendously hard work. Highly recommend!!!

We have been clients of Cleaning Solutions of CT for over five years for weekly house cleaning and are very satisfied with the services they provide. Baseboards, ceiling fans, behind and under furniture; nothing is missed. Senaida and her team are timely, responsive, flexible, organized and thorough.

the team of ladies is wonderful. Senaida takes great care of our home investment and remembers all the preference details on using our green cleaning products, etc. They also do extra projects on occasion like basement and windows (exterior, etc.)

I can't say enough good things about cleaning solutions of ct.! I first hired them when we moved into our new house and I wanted an overall cleaning. Oswaldo came with the team and did a full walk through with me. I was so happy with their work that I use them for a weekly cleaning sercice. The staff is professional, friendly and very thorough. Great work every time!

Very thorough! They don't take shortcuts. They clean under and behind furniture, they dust windowsills and moldings around door frames. They use a variety of products that are specific to the surface. (For example, stainless steel cleaner for appliances, marble cleaner for countertops, wood cleaner for hardwood floors, etc. I provide the cleaners and they are careful to use what I prefer.). They are truly the best house cleaners we've had!

Excellently I have been using cleaning solutions for over a year. They do an excellent job and they even use natural cleaners. They are reliable and trustworthy and this is coming from a very fussy person.

As mentioned above, my husband and I first met Oswaldo and Senaida a little over 8 years ago. At the time, we had another cleaning service, which as it turned out closed shortly thereafter. Oswaldo and Senaida were very grateful for the opportunity and have never disappointed us. A couple times per month, they clean our home. We have 5 bedrooms and at least as many bathrooms. Everything sparkles when they leave. We also ask Oswaldo to check our home when we are away, and to help with special projects like clean the garage and outdoor patio. Once, when they found a leak, they called right away and stayed at the house until help arrived.

They are always on time, clean very well. I know they do a great job for the amount they charge. I am very happy every week when they clean my home.

They arrived promptly and did a good job cleaning the house. However, the bucket of dirty water was dumped into my kitchen sink, which immediately clogged the drains. This was pointed out to me by Zoraida (sp?).Oswaldo, the owner, arrived approx. 1-2 hours later with a shop vac. He told me that he "usually tells them to dump the water outside", so either he did not tell them in this case to dump the water outside, or he had and they disregarded his instruction.Oswaldo jammed the shop vac into and around the drain and sink area vigorously for approximately 15-20 min in an effort to clear the drain. He also manipulated the trap under the sink manually.Not only did the drain not clear, his effort caused the drain assembly and another pipe to break and leak badly.I called a plumber that afternoon; it required a "drain guy" to clear the clog, and a plumber to replace the drain, trap and pipe.I submitted the bills ($521.38) on Jan 25, 2016 for Oswaldo to forward to his insurance company.When I texted him on Feb 3, 2016, he responded that he had faxed a copy of my correspondence to his attorney for advise and that he would let me know ASAP.I have not heard anything further.

Beware of this guy, he is not worth the stress and aggravation. While expensive, we invested a couple of hundred dollars after redeeming the initial offer and before retaining them on a biweekly schedule, Oswaldo and crew did a fair job of cleaning. Our trouble started soon after he acquired my neighbor as a customer for a few dollars more than what I was paying. Where before he was prompt he was now several hours late without even bothering to send me an update. Also the quality of his work suffered as he seemed to be in a great rush to leave for another house. When I found out the reason for his tardiness and poor work ethic I promptly matched what my neighbor was paying for similar coverage. This did not work. We called him over, after 2 reminders, to show him the scratches to our stainless steel refrigerator caused by his cleaning crew. He claimed it was not caused by him. I would have given him the benefit of doubt but what he said next was not only unwarranted and unprofessional but also offensive. He pointed to a small dent on the fridge and said that I would next blame him for causing it. I had never brought up that topic as he was not responsible for it. He did not stop even after I asked him to leave, he next accused me of not getting along with my neighbor. Looking at the reviews closely I noticed that Oswaldo exhibits a pattern of indulging in personal attacks and character assassinations instead of taking responsibility and acting professionally.

They were not so great. I noticed things that were totally missed, the kinds of things that bugged me every day, like a big grease mark on the kitchen floor - they totally missed it. Not good. No attention to detail. When I hire people to clean, I want the house " cleaning lady clean!." Otherwise, I can do it myself. I would not recommend them. I think they are just looking to make extra money and don't take much pride in delivering a great product.

Vendor never responded to call.

We hired Oswaldo and Senaida to clean our home every two weeks. The first time the team came to the house, they did a really great job with the cleaning, but unfortunately one of the girls broke the toilet tank lid in one of our bathrooms. Oswaldo handled it well, and offered to replace the lid. When he couldn't find the replacement, he told us to buy it and gave us the credit for the full amount at their next visit. The second time the crew came, I was less impressed. For starters, they were almost two hours late and no one bothered to call and let us know. In addition, the cleaning was only so-so - it didn't really look any better than when I clean myself. The crew came for the third time today and broke a crystal bowl, which was a wedding gift. The bowl was worth a lot more than the $100 cleaning fee, so we told them we would not be paying them for the day, in keeping with how the issue was handled the last time they broke something. The cleaning team got angry and refused to finish cleaning the house, and even refused to clean up the bowl that they broke. When we contacted Oswaldo about the situation, he laughed and said, ?we just seem to have bad luck with your house.? Obviously we will not be working with this company again.
