Description of Work: Ted was very prompt in returning my phone call. I explained my problem to him concerning my water softener and he quickly told me what the problem was. He came over the next day, looked at the softener and from there we made an appt. to fix the problem. Very nice guy and HONEST. My problem is now gone. Never tried to sell me any unncessary items. Strongly recommended.

Description of Work: Ted came to recharge my acid neutralizer system. I told him that my regular water softener system did not seem to be working. He immediately noticed a broken cable and repaired it on the spot. He also increased the water pressure and refitted a flow restrictor to prevent leakage. The appointment was scheduled for 2:30, and he arrived on time. He explained everything to me and even recommended a LONGER period of time between recharges. If anybody needs water treatment services, please hire the CLEANWATERMAN. He is an honest, hardworking, and dependable professional who will meet the needs of the homeowner.

Description of Work: It is an exceptional and rare circumstance that a contractor will come to the house and not FIND something wrong, even when there is not. In this case, Ted Mullen came to us highly recommended. We had a report by our plumber that we needed a $3,000 water purification system. The plumber made dire warnings and tried to strong arm us into making this installation based on hard water, etc. We decided to get a second opinion. Friends recommended Ted Muller, Clean Water Man, Inc. He came to our house free of charge for an evaluation. To our great surprise he said "You really don't need this. Your water is fine." By being HONEST and not taking advantage of us, he saved us $3,000. This all happened shortly before Christmas, and , well, let's just say, we are not rich. His honesty was refreshing, even inspiring. In this day and age when you can hardly believe anyone anymore, when people just try to take advantage, this guy came to our house, charged us nothing and told us the truth. As far as we are concerned, they don't come any better than that. Old school honesty!
