Very badly. They treated my possessions with great disrespect, throwing them around the house and breaking some things and losing other things. They refused to take direction, and were VERY rude. There were obvious areas that needed cleaning that were ignored all three weeks. The work was inconsistent, the bathroom would be cleaned but not the sink counter or part of the floor. The kitchen is the room that always needs the most attention but they spent no more than 15 minutes there. There was some BBQ sauce spilled on the kitchen floor, but they just mopped over it without cleaning the sauce off the floor. They were 45 minutes late the third week. My husband has allergies to dust. I have a special vacuum to reduce dust, they refused to use it and used their own inferior vacuum instead which exacerbated the dust problem. When I called Claudia to tell her I had hired someone new, she told me that I was a crazy lady. The insult only validated my impression and my decision to fire them.
Description of Work: Claudia came the first week to train her girls. then two girls came the second week and third week. I dismissed them on the third week in the middle of their work. Claudia kept insisting that I buy clorox bleach to clean the bathroom even though I explained to her that the bleach would ruin the septic. I tried to fire them after the second week, but Claudia called me crying and begging. It was very awkward. She was very pushy and I foolishly acquiesced.
