I contacted Cirleia about the house cleaning. She made an appointment to meet me at my sisters and give an estimate. The estimate for bi-weekly cleaning was reasonable so we agreed that she would do one deep cleaning to start and would come every other week going forward. She has been providing services since August and has done a wonderful job. The house is neat and clean, the bathrooms sparkle and most importantly my sister feels comfortable in her clean home. She is prompt and always on schedule and she and her assistant do their work efficiently, we are totally satisfied and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Cirleia and her partner showed up on time and went immediately to work. These two women did not stop for 6 hours. They were thorough, efficient, and amazing. My bathtub looks brand new! they managed to remove mold that I have been trying to scrub away for 3 years ever since we moved in! Cirleia and her team are great. They are extremely detailed and thorough and leave the house sparkling. Great with my dogs and don't worry about them at all. Very prompt and work diligently until the job is done. Cirleia is good about communicating if a schedule needs to change for some reason well in advance, but that has only happened once. She is prompt, efficient, and leaves the house sparkling. After I reached out to her on Angie's List, she came to the house and checked it out. We agreed that she would do an initial "big clean"- which entailed about 6-7 hours of deep cleaning and cost about $400. Since then, she (and/or her partners) have been coming every two weeks to clean.

They do a thorough cleaning every 2 wks.... 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, 2 levels. We have tile, granite, marble and carpet covering the floors. The house is spotless like the first time that they did the work here. We have 2 dogs (1 is 170LBS) and it's important to me that they get along well with Cirleia and her partner Rosie. THE DOGS BOTH LOVE CLEANING DAY! These ladies are like family now and I am grateful to have found them....plan on keeping them coming every 2 weeks.

It goes well. No issues. I think most people would agree that trust is one of the most important considerations and it certainly is for me. I do not even need to be at home when service is provided and very often I am not. My pets are treated well and there has never been an issue regarding any items missing. Yes, once in a while something may get broken but they have always been up front about that. It's no different from what has happened myself during housecleaning; dusting, etc.

Cirleia Firmino does a good job cleaning my house. She is good but she is not able to deep clean my home. I would use her again.

After 10 years with our former cleaning lady we had part ways. We identified a short list of housecleaning resources off Angie's listings and ended up selecting Cirleia. She was punctual from the beginning, promptly returning our messages and answering all questions before we selected her. It has been appx 4-months since she started cleaning our house and we're very happy with the quality of work and her professionalism. We strongly recommend her.

I used Cirleia for over a year. Overall, I was satisfied with most of what she did. She did damage a dog bowl, but replaced it. No biggie. She also scoured an oil-rubbed bronze sink drain with bleach and ruined two of them. A very big deal. She is nice and was reasonable, but she started to take advantage of scheduling me on different days because it was convenient for her. It started to bother me, and then an incident happened, and I stopped using her. She hired a maid who showed up on a day that was convenient for Cirleia, not me. I came home, and asked her to leave. This girl gave me a bunch of attitude. Her next visit, she broke something and said nothing. I fired her and the service. This girl shows up at my door on a Sunday evening to confront me about it. Are you kidding me?!?!? Cirleia was nice, but be forewarned about her cleaning techniques and the way she manages her business.
