Everything went very well. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job! They were also very friendly.

I contacted the company and gave them my request. A salesman (Mike) contacted me the next day and set up a convenient time to come do the estimate. My estimate came in really fast by email, it was around what I had expected, but of course, hoping for less. We selected them mostly based on the previous Angie's List reviews. As promised, my crew arrived promptly, and after a quick review of the job went right to work. I had 2 guys - both just super nice, a pleasure to have around. They did real quality work, I was impressed with their steady hand on all the trim! They were very tidy - as they finished each room, they made sure everything was put back and cleaned up. Couldn't have been happier - maybe because I enjoyed listening to them sing as they worked! Will definitely call them again for any painting needs.

They came on time, did a professional job. When a little complication came up, instead of complaining about it, they worked around it. And when I asked them to do a little extra, no problem. They did the extra job for a small additional price, which was a great convenience for me. Good job!

They were very prompt, professional and very good about the estimate. I didn't end up hiring them.

Very Well. Had to have them fix certain things they missed. Such as hammering nail pops Minor drips on patio.

From the time that I received a call from the owner until the job was completed, which included a visit from a salesman who did the primary inspection, all of the people with whom I had contact were a pleasure to deal with. Both the administrative staff and the men to came to do the washing were absolutely professional! After I agreed to work with them, I requested that they not perform the job until after my plants had finished blooming and after I had brought all my plants in from my porch... (20 of them).. This was no problem for the company. The day I had requested they wait was the 14th of October, they called on that date and set up the 17th to come to my house. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done.

They worked quickly and steadily.

From the moment an estimator came to our house to the time the last painter put the finishing touches on our project, CertaPro was a class act. They worked within our schedule, were always courteous and respectful in our home, and worked hard to get the job done. We are planning on calling them in the future for another painting job.

I can't say enough about these guys. Jim, the sales manager and Fernando, the painting site manager were amazing. Last year, I called them for a price quote but decided not to paint and wait a year. Jim called me exactly a year later and asked me whether I had painted my house yet. I confirmed that not only had I not completed it yet, but I wanted him to come out and give me an estimate, because I was ready to move forward. The previous year I had just e-mailed in but never scheduled the appointment. His estimate was exactly in the middle of some of the other proposals I got (but only 10% higher than the lowest estimate), but Jim just struck me as very trustworthy and I normally bristle when someone says "trust me, you are going to love Fernando's work" but for some reason, I trusted him. (there is no higher instinct than your gut reaction to someones trustworthiness, I believe) He was ABSOLUTELY true to his word. They showed up on time, were super-clean around the yard and the job was flawless. Very much worth every penny. In fact, even when there were some unforeseen changes to the scope, he was VERY fair on the change prices. I never felt like I was getting gauged because the scope changed slightly, which has happened to me before with other vendors.

We purchased a coupon for four hours of work to be carried out by Certapro. They contacted us by e-mail and we set a date and time for a representative to come to our house and talk about the work that we wanted done. The process was very easy and the representative turned up on time. He was very professional and was happy to discuss our needs. The work that was done was of high quality and we were very happy with everything. Certapro are definitely a company that can be relied on and they care about their clients.

A little slow to start due to some confusion but more than made up for this. Start to finish the men were very professional Very pleasant experience dealing with this company.

This is the second time we have used Certa Pro and are very happy with the service. Manny was the painter who came both times and did a great job. He patched some holes we had in our walls and ceilings from upgrading our electrical panel and painted or basement. We also had him paint the stairwell walls that had gotten scuffed up the past few months. Everyone from the office was extremely helpful and continued to check in to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with the work.

From the first phone call I got a polite and professional response, an immediate appointment to confirm the job requirements and the price. The job was scheduled the following week and the two gentlemen that did the work (Ricardo and Roberto) were polite, professional, neat and hardworking. They were conscientious and even had to go an extra hour to complete the job because one of my rooms was very dark to start and it needed a 3rd coat. I was not charged extra for this. They cleaned up afterward and left no mess. I was very pleased with the people, the price, their constant communication with me, and the outcome.

I called and requested a person contact me for a job estimate. I was promptly called back by Jim inquiring when he could come and look at the job. Jim arrived on time and spent some time discussing the job and exactly what I wanted done. He made several suggestions and comments that proved helpful. We-my husband and I approved the estimate and job on a Friday, The painters arrived on time and promptly began work on Monday-a holiday. Fred -the painter-was meticulousness in his covering and moving furniture in order to protect it. He used drops everywhere-despite the fact that my dogs knocked them down or moved them. He was very neat and cleaned up each day after himself. The job took 3 days despite the fact that I added 2 more items to the task. I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend them to anyone who wanted a well done job at a fair price. There are cheaper painters, but having be stung before, I appreciated the professional job done by the company and the contract painters they had do the job.

I had interior and exterior painting done, as well as some carpentry work. I met with the salesman, (who was great), he gave me a quote for painting the outside of my home as well as 3 rooms inside. For the inside, I had my master bedroom done with an accent wall, as well as my kitchen and bathroom. I was having a difficult time with choosing a color and Jim offered to have a color consultant come out and it helped me more then I could have anticipated! She helped me choose a color and finish for all the rooms and I'm so happy with the results! For the outside I didn't need any help with colors as I wanted to keep the same color that was on the house. There was wood that was rotting away which Jim pointed out to me while we were walking around the house. He had a carpenter come to replace all the wood. The price was reasonable and he told me everything he was doing as he went which I appreciated. When they were finished I had a walkthrough with the painters and Jim the salesman before I paid. I was very happy the way everything came out. They did exactly what they said they would on the proposal. They showed up on time and the got the job done quickly. I needed the job to be done within a week as I was having company the following week, and they worked over the weekend to make sure it was done. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Between the salesman, the painters, and their office everything went great. I was getting calls and emails throughout the whole time they were working updating me on the status of the job. I've had contractors working on my house in the past and this is the first time I came across a company that was so punctual, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends and I look forward to having them come back next year and paint the rest of the rooms inside and my guest house.

Overall it went excellently. They came over and did the estimates on each job and made recommendations. They advised of the extra cost of wall repair if the previous wallpaper job was done incorrectly and other pitfalls that may occur. I had my quote in 48 hours and then they scheduled the job dates within 24 hours of my quote acceptance. One-third Down, with 2/3 balance payable upon inspection and acceptance. Used a CertaPro sub-contractor for floor replacement in the powder room, they did an excellent job as well.

Mike the owner of the Company was excellent. Mike came out to my house right away to give me an estimate when I called. He worked with me when I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted done in my house. I had nine rooms painted including all ceilings and trim throughout the entire house. Manny, who was the supervisor on the job, and his crew completed all this work in 4 and a half days. Manny was wonderful he answered all my questions and concerns when I had them. His crew was very professional and courteous and very trustworthy I left them alone in my house a few times and never had any concerns. I would recommend Certa Pro to anyone who needs their house painted I had a great experience with this company.

I would like to thank Michael Logiudice and Jim Melanson for completing the work on my house here in Hopewell Junction NY. The estimate that was given from the start of the job was what I ended up spending on the completion of the job. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the paintwork and home improvements. Whatever concerns we had were addressed and fixed to our satisfaction 100%. Both Jimmy and Michael are very easy to deal with, and they both want to make sure that you as a customer are happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Certa Pro of Danbury / Ridgefield for any home renovations and or painting services. A++++!

Jim was great. He came on time and gave me an estimate right there on the spot. The work went smoothly, and the guys were neat...in fact, they even left my house cleaner than before they were there. I've now had some friends over and they love it, and so I'm recommending Jim and Certapro to them as well.

He was pretty good. He explained exactly how he was going to proceed doing the job and what kind of paint they were using. He gave a lot of details and it was pretty good. They are very good and they give a lot of details. They seem to be a very good company to work with. We were not ready to do the work right now so hopefully we are looking to paint next year. I am pretty sure we would give them a call the next time. They were here on time.

Appointments were as scheduled and detailed discussion of the work to be done were thorough. In the end another painter was selected as they were marginally cheaper and bid first. That said, I would be happy to include this company in a bid for future work.

Their price was really reasonable. The painters that they sent to our house worked quickly and their paint skills were outstanding. I will use them again in the future. They were done in two days, including the ceilings.

The sales rep was very friendly and punctual from the start. He returned all of my emails and calls very quickly and helped us decide exactly how we wanted to proceed on both of our projects (interior and exterior). The painters were also very professional. They kept a very neat apprearance, were always on time, and were very considerate of our home and our space. We even decided to change a few items along the way and the sales rep and painters were happy to go the extra mile. I am very pleased with the final result! Our house looks brand new. I would recommend Certapro to anybody who is looking to get any painting work done inside or out.

The salesman, Jimmy, was very knowledgeable and professional. He exceeded our expectations! The painters are very neat and skilled. CertaPro was not the cheapest but definitely worth the headache free price!
