 + -1 moreWe hired Mr. Guertin to remove lichens from our roof. He gave us a written estimate of the cost to do the work. We agreed to the cost and paid his required $50 deposit. Then he never returned to finish the job, nor did he respond to phone calls.
Description of Work: The provider was hired to remove lichens on our asphalt shingled roof.
