+ -1 moreJim understood that we were very limited for time and made great efforts to get as much work completed as possible before our move-in as we have three small children. He had his crew at our home on Saturday, Sunday and even Monday of Labor Day weekend! The men working for Jim are friendly, focused, respectful and do a great job. His prices were VERY fair and his crew often did small things without extra charge. If for example they saw that a fixture that we were keeping was a little crooked, they fixed it. This was actually a common occurrence and we were often asked whether we minded if they repaired something they had found. Did we mind, of course not! The Verizon technician even commented to us that he had never worked with a more helpful contractor as Jim and Chris pulled his cable for him through the walls and assisted him in locating other cables in the home. Very simply put, I cannot recommend Jim, Chris and the whole crew more strongly. We will be having them back in the next few years to renovate our kitchen and master bath (and anything else that comes up)!!!
Description of Work: We had Jim Basli of Basli Construction do an update of a home we had just purchased. The home was over 80 years old and needed a great deal of cosmetic work. The entire home was painted (wallpaper stripped), some floors replaced, others refinished, various plumbing and electrical work/updates (vanities and toilets, lighting, etc), a few appliances upgraded, a/c unit updated, deck cleaned and stained, etc. Pretty much a whole cosmetic renovation, with the exception of the kitchen.
