I am pleased with their service. I have an annual contract with them and I have been using them for about 3-4 years. They inspect the trees and shrubs for pest and disease. They fertilize and also cable the trees too. I think that they are good at diagnosing problems and they are very reliable.

I have used them 4 or 5 times over the last 20 years. Each time they come out they always show up on time. They do exactly what the job is. They clean up well too. Also, one time they brought a truck in over some septic lines and they put down mats that would hold the weight of the truck so that they would not harm the septic lines. After a year with the big snow storms and I had them take down about 4-5 trees too. It was a lot work and they did a great job. They always work very hard.

We have used them many times over the years. I used them for regular maintenance about 2 times a year. They are mostly spay my Evergreen Hemlock trees. They have also done spaying in the yard for anti-ticks. They are personable. They make their appointments and keep them. They also have me on an auto reminder and the employees follow instructions and don't miss anything.

I used them last year. They fed the trees, trimmed the trees, and inspected the trees for diseases. They are thourogh and climb the trees to inspect them if they need too and do not leave you guessing what will happen in the next hurricane or storm. They are reliable, they are pricey; but they are insured. They also periodically send out an email or snail mail letting me know that they might need to come check on the trees. They create a great personal relationship with their customers. My mom has used them for years with treating her very large oak tree and that is how I came across this company.

They had the best price for the job after I got 3 different bids. They did the job they said they were going to do. 2 guys came out and they did the work when I was not home. Their clean up was perfect. Scheduling well went and everything went smoothly. They also trimmed the tree line around the house due to branches haning over my house.

So far the service has been good. They came out for me a couple of days ago. They did a 2 part job. They took down a tree and then grinned down the stump. They did this on 2 different days. They arrived when they said they would and they did the job they said they could do. The tree came down, nothing was damaged and they cleaned up well after themselves. Scheduling was great. The only person I dealt with mostly was Al. He surveyed all that needed to be done, gave information to the office and then they give me the quote. They also had competitive prices too. Their paper work was efficient and the office staff was polite and helpful.

Bartlett Tree Experts came out and checked our trees. We had an issue where a tree fell on our house and they checked the other trees too. They were prompt, courteous and they also put us on their followup list. Without being pushy they were very professional. My husband dealt with them mostly, I met them, but there were a couple different of people. They did a wonderful job with removing the tree from the house and of course they cut it into pieces. They actually helped up set the cut tree up for firewood. They also had great cleanup and we were very appreciative.

We are very happy with them. They come out for us annually and we have been using them since about 2006. They do all the trimming of trees and all the fertilization too. Also some of our evergreens were being attacked by pests and they were able to fertilize those as well. I know AL and I deal with him normally deal with him. He sets up the appointments and does all of the walk throughs. They are always prompt and courteous.

They provided a fine service. They do everything very professionally. They come out and we have had them take down big trees and also trim ornamental trees too.

They were fine. They were a bit expensive but are very reliable. Matt Flannagan is great to work with.

Slow to provide proposal, but report on proposal delay on Angies list resulted in quick response. Proposal was a bit pricey, but they were able to do the work quickly. Arrived with a crew of 3 and worked 2 up in the trees and one on ground (helping with lines and hauling limbs to chipper). Very professional crew who were safety conscious, and careful to move items on the ground that could be damaged by falling limbs. My trees are very tall and they went way up these trees to do the work properly( only 1 could be done by cherry picker). They seemed to have all of the specialized saws, and equipment needed to do the job properly. Cleaned up after the work very professionally. Completed job in 1 day.

They had to take down some limbs that were hanging over our electric wires. The servicemen were here only a short time. I thought that the job the did was fine. I did think that they were a little expensive.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND AN ESTIMATE OF THE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE.
