+ -1 moreWhile we were bummed that it flooded again, their response could not have been faster or better. The guys who came out were very polite and friendly, handled everything, explained everything. Got their phone number in all our phones now!
Description of Work: Washing machine and water softener backed up in the basement. Dug out the second lid of the septic and snaked from the outside in. Spent a good hour or so clearing it out. Worked for a while, then flooded again that afternoon. Called them and they were back out at the house within an hour. Snaked from basement outwards to the septic. Thinks a second clog collected around a tight bend in the pipe.

+ -1 moreAfter having some septic system issues with pumps and chambers, our pump service brought to our attention that the pipe wasn't draining as well as it should have been into one of the chambers. After a few inquiries and a recommendation from a plumber we have used in the past, the plumber recommended Arc O Rooter. I called Mr. Falls, who gave me the price of the service, and had Mr. Falls come in the morning of the same day to snake the line for the blockage. Mr. Falls showed me where the opening to the line was located and the line was snaked into the house. Mr. Falls was expedient, reasonably priced, and, for me, instructive. Instructive as I know understand more about how my system operates. He did what he said and was priced accordingly. I would recommend Arc O Rooter and use Mr. Falls again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Snaked drain from laundry room and downstairs bathroom. Water would back up from pipe where washing machine drain hose was inserted on a heavy rinse cycle and overflow. Water would also back up into bathroom sink at the same time. Both laundry room and bathroom sink snaked and now the problem is solved. The call back from ARC-O-ROOTER was within the hour and although it was not an emergency they came within a couple of hours. We were very pleased with the service and will recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: My kitchen drain was really clogged and after trying for a couple of days to unplug it myself I called Arco-rooter. They arrived in a very timely fashion that same day and after about 10 minutes--the drain was unclogged. Very professional service.

+ -1 moreArc o Rooter was recommended to us by Frank Falls Septic (Also awesome) when we had a blockage in our septic line that they could not clear. Rick was at our house within an hour of Frank Falls leaving our home. He was courteous and professional and had the line cleared in no time at all. He made sure to check that the water was running into the tank the way it should be. He took the time to show me where the pipe into our tank doesnt quite line up evenly which was good information to know. The city sewer line is now available in our neighborhood and he gave me some really good tips should we decide to hook in. I would absolutely use him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

+ -1 moreThe service provider uses an answering service, and he called back right away. Very responsive - he showed up within 30 minutes and fixed the issue right away, including fixing the leak related to the clogged drain. Provided some helpful hints to prevent this from happening again. Would definitely recommend and use again.

+ -1 moreJoe came to our house and was so friendly and honest. When I called the company they had Joe contact me from the road. He asked what the problem was, which was a flood in my basement due to an overflowing gutter and the floor drain not working, and told me that it might be due to the ground being saturated and not a clog. He said he didn't want to have to charge me if there wasn't really a clog and I could wait a day to see if the water started to recede on its own. Well since I had just bought this house I didn't want to wait and I had him come. He came right away and snaked the drain. The water went down immediately, it was clogged due to tree roots. It was so refreshing to deal with an honest service professional. I have had some bad experiences with dishonest companies. I would definitely recommend this company.
