+ -1 moreExcellent; I'm sure where I want to go from here regarding the best device for me. I know the appropriate pricing, the features that I could do without which saves me at least several hundred dollars. The customer service aspect of Apple can not be beaten.
Description of Work: Helped me narrow down which device was best for me; he explained, in detail, all features; he was very thorough and very helpful; he also, troubleshooted an issue on my current device. I surfed around the devices on display; got a good feel of how they work and the new OS as compared to my existing device.

+ -1 moreApple Store knows everything about Apple computers and they offer expert help. I've used this store many times and have never been disappointed. The computer people seem to know what they are doing and can diagnose problems very quickly. I don't remember what this repair cost but their prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: I took my Apple computer here to have the hard drive replaced.

+ -1 moreTHEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE MANY PEOPLE THAT WORK CERTAIN SHIFTS SO EACH COSTUMER CAN HAVE THE HELP THEY NEED. IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT AN APPLE, BY THE TIME YOU LEAVE THE STORE YOU'LL KNOW.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT AN IPOD MINI FROM THE STORE. THEY HELPED EXPLAIN EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT IT.
