I was contacted by Lyle after searching for a window cleaner. We texted back and forth with me sending him pictures of the windows and us settling on a price, day, and time. The windows included upper story and four seasons windows. The upper windows were cleaned with a cloth over a squeegee, rather than squeegee to glass like the lower windows, which came out fine. In the sunshine the next day the upper windows in the sun room showed streaks. My wife wiped with Windex and paper towels much dirt came off. I texted Lyle and sent him the before, paper towel with dirt, and window cleaned after pictures. Lyle went on a rant, at one point saying **I do not know what you did to the windows.** What could I have done to the windows? I told Lyle that we, my wife and I, placed no blame and we’re not mad. I explained that the streaks on the windows could be seen better or not depending on the light. I went on to say that it seemed from his expression, **I never had any problems in two years**, that he was concerned about his work and that I appreciated that. I said that I just wanted to get the windows cleaned and asked when he could come back. Lyle was busy until that Friday and asked me **what about Friday? ** I texted back **Friday would be fine.** I never heard back at that point. I texted that afternoon asking what time he would be there the next day, Friday. He did not respond but the text showed that he had read it. I texted again Friday twice and no response. I called several times Friday also. The first call the phone rang several times and then went to phone mail. I left a message. Every time I called after that it went directly to phone mail. I am out $400.00 and still have dirty upper windows in my entry and four seasons windows.
