Hadn't had the windows cleaned in six years but when my brother had his house done by Kevin at Alpha Windows the difference was amazing. I contacted Keven and he came out the next day to estimate the cost which was in line with another highly rated Angies list window cleaner quote so I choose Alpha based on my brothers positive experience. I couldn't be happier. Kevin showed up on the scheduled day and went right to work on the inside of the house. I didn't have to lift a finger he just went about his business. Once the inside was done he moved outside and it's like looking through a clean pair of glasses. Windows are streak free and spotless. Money very well spent.

I never heard of this person. I checked my records she never called. She said in her comments that someone said "they're busy." Meaning I told her we were busy. There is no we. I am a one man show. When I refer to my company I always say I because I am the company. I have worked alone for 25 years. I always return everyones calls. I always leave a call back number. If I am booked more than a month in advance, I leave a message stating so. Furthermore. I always ask for an address so I can come out and do an estimate. This person provides a date of August 1st and a review date of September 8th. August and September are the slowest months of the year excluding January, February and March. I would never say I'm busy in August or September. In fact, I take 10 days off every August for vacation. I am usually only booked 2 weeks in advance this time of year. Obviously this person called another company but it wasn't me.

Kevin arrived on time, got right to work, finished on time and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Kevin LaRoche is fabulous.I have been using him for about six years.He was recommended to me by a neighbor.He has been in the business for 25 years.All the work is done by Kevin alone.I have a modern house with skylights and a ton of windows.He treats my house as if it was his own.He does a wonderful job cleaning my windows, skylights, screens and gutters!!
