Able Roofing

Jason found a spot that was causing the leak in the attic an offered to repair at his normal service fee ($250). I told him to go ahead and do the repair. He discounted the price and combined the inspection fee ($79) so the total was $250. Did a good job and I appreciated his consideration. I would definitely hire him again.

Chris' team was punctual, clean, and worked hard to do a full roof replacement in 2 days. Would hire again.

Very professional and exceedingly flexible in planning our appointment. From time of purchase of angies list coupon to date of inspection was < a week. I couldn't ask for or expect more. I'll definitely use them in a couple years when I have to replace the roof.

Chris responded promptly and came out to give an estimate. He provided a couple different options on some of the trouble spots and made clear recommendations. The work was scheduled at our convenience and was completed in two days in spite of hot weather and a pop up thunderstorm. Chris kept us informed of the schedule and progress and answered all our questions. He was not present for the entire job, but he check in with us before the job, made sure to be here several times during the job each day, and stopped by after the job. The workers were great; they answered our questions and worked long, hot hours. The clean up was fantastic. The job was done on time and on budget.

No good. came out look once at my roof said it was in good condition and did not do anything else advertised on the "deal" as published by angie's list. When asked about the chimney flashing up to four penetrations ABLE Roofing just questioned what I meant. I asked ABLE Roofing to do what was on the list several times until I was frustrated. ABLE Roofing called Police instead of doing what was on the list. Also no checking of interior leaks. This is a case of false advertising. ABLE Roofing did do $100 of other work which I am not in dispute over and have no problem paying the $100 for work done. But for the $99 I paid for the "deal" as advertised, I got almost nothing for my money except someone who would not even address what was listed in the so-called "deal".

Chris was able to come out the day I called him. He provided an estimate and completed all work within an hour of being here. He was polite and did more than I had asked for, checking the roof for additional issues, pledging to come back if further problems were encountered, and giving me an estimate for future projects I had in mind. I would have him back for all projects and recommend him highly.

Chris and his crew showed up on time, worked hard all day and completed the job efficiently and on time. He took the time to explain his process, the products he offers and why, and he offers a 10 year workmanship guarantee. The roof looks great, and I am confident it was done right. It was a professional job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them!

Went very well. The owner and crew were like a well oiled machine and completed the job with in 3 days to my complete satisfaction. The clean up was also very impressive. Chris (owner) kept me informed and discussed all issues that arose during the project ahead of time before going forward. When I was getting estimates (6of them), he was the only one who actually climbed up on the roof and spent a good amount of time to do a complete examination of what needed to be done and problems that could come up once they actually start stripping shingles and see what shape the sub roof was in, so there were no surprises. That was the number one reason I went with him. On top of that, his price was very fair.

Chris did a great job replacing my ridge vent. My attic air is much cooler and actually circulates now.

Clean quick and professional. We had a problem with the Velux factory-installed blind. We had problems getting Velux to address the problem and Chris Sanservino was with us all the way. We would highly recommend his company to anyone with roofing needs.

Chris and the crew @ Able Roofing were FANTASTIC. Chris stopped by my home while I was out and shortly emailed me a very fair estimate. He gave me some great suggestions and we decided to upgrade some of the products being used. (Chris deals with quality materials) I had questions and concerns and he was able to address them all. Communication was great, very accessible .Responded back quickly via email, text, phone . The roof was done quickly with outstanding workmanship. Everything up to code and then some. The clean up was excellent- My house looks great!!! GREAT JOB, I would highly recommend.....

I called Able Roofing to get an estimate for a full roof replacement. The owner, Chris, called me back in a timely manner. He came by about a day or two later and spent a good amount of time with us explaining what he would do, how long it would take and recommended a few things. Within the week he had emailed us a detailed estimate. We accepted his proposal and scheduled the roof replacement. His team arrived on time and did an excellent job. They took care to cover the landscaping and cleaned up after the job was completed. I have to say I couldn?t be happier with the end result. Chris and his team are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

When we were getting estimates to have a new roof installed, Chris responded very promptly. He took his time to take the measurements, discuss the process and materials, as well as answer any questions we had. The pricing for the project was very competitive and the materials that he used were better than the standard GAF shingles offered by other companies. Once we decided to go with Able Roofing, they were able to start the project within weeks, as opposed to months. The crew that worked on our roof arrived early and stayed late, with some of them clocking 12-hour days on a holiday weekend. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the debris and at the end of the project, they left our yard in better shape than they found it. The chimney, roof and gutters look amazing! It's almost like a brand new house. There was a bit of a miscommunication in terms of installing the gutters on our detached garage and when I notified Chris, he took care of installing them the next day. Chris is responsive, professional and attentive and the quality of his and his crew's work is top-notch! I highly recommend Able Roofing for your next roofing/gutter project!

Chris was extremely responsive from the start, clearly knew a lot about roofing and took a great deal of pride in his work and his business. He re-arranged his schedule to prioritize us due to a leak, and started and completed the work on time (2 days)and as requested. His crew starts early and works late, and cleans up thoroughly after each day. His pricing was competitive, and I believe his materials superior to what many are using. I highly recommend him and his team.

The company's crew were always on time, very respectful, and did a magnificent comprehensive clean up daily.
