Chris replaced my roof and skylights. He was very courteous, punctual and trustworthy. His price was reasonable and he did quality work. He also, took care of any issues immediately and I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him for any roof related work.

Chris is so easy to work with. He is honest, trustworthy and punctual. His team does quality work and prices are affordable. Chris takes the time to explain your options and shows you samples of the material that will be used. They are respectful of your property and clean-up is done daily. Their work was top notch and unmatched. Even more important is that not one member was a snob. They came, did their job. If any mistake occurred it was quickly corrected, not patched or hidden. Chris is down to earth, a calm speaker, not bombastic like some BS contractors. Above all he kept his promises and got the job done for the price quote. No surprises at all. Roofing is an expensive deal. Chris showed us samples, let us see his work in the field, and when we changed our mind about the pattern, he respected our thoughts and ordered what we wanted. Called Chris on a Thursday and he was here on Friday. We have had our gutters cleaned previously by Chris and would definitely hire him again. He also found a problem on our roof and took care of it the same day. He is always courteous and professional.

Chris was thorough in his assessment of our issues and came up with a comprehensive plan of action with a top of the line grace ice and water shield recommendation which would be placed below our gutters. His crew was extremely professional and the whole operation was seemless and well organized. We've worked with many contractors over the years and this experience was hands down the best we've had. Our roof looks great and works perfect. I would hire Chris and his crew over again if I could go back in time. Highly recommend!

It went great. Chris and his team did a fantastic job. The roof looks amazing. Chris was very informative and went over all the products they would use. I have a smaller house and they did the job in 1 day. We choose the Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles and they look amazing. They also did a great job cleaning up after.

Chris and his team were great. They did a fast and thorough job, and although we chose to make some upgrades (that included more materials) while in progress, we ended up reasonably near budget. The roof looks great and has stood up to the storms we've been having. Chris additionally pointed out some roof-adjacent work I should have done sooner rather than later, and he was correct. He listens and he knows what he's doing.

Solved problem the same day he first looked at the gutters.. Gutter was not working properly. It was clogged. Chris cleaned gutter and made sure it was working before he left.

Chris and his hardworking team did a great job. Chris is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all our questions - and we had a lot. It's so refreshing to work with a contractor that answers his phone, responds to emails and shows up when he says he will (and confirms with a phone call the night before). We thought his pricing was fair and definitely would recommend Able Roofing.

Chris was outstanding, highly knowledgable, professional, creative in approach, and a pleasure to have around. He returned with a colleague to begin the more limited repair and diagnosis. Although he to stay for the set up, he remained through the bulk of the job and returned later to make sure it was all OK. He even came back one more time on his own dime to replace the shingles he originally had put on the roof in order to give me a better match. We haven't leaked yet, despite some hard rains. I am totally confident in Chris and the work he did and would gladly hire him again.

It went well overall. Able Roofing came to start the work before 7am. They completed the work the same day. The only problem is the protection to the house, which was not done properly at some locations like around the windows and sidings. During inspections of windows a few weeks later, some of the window screens were found to be broken with large holes, which were likely caused by falling shingles.

I received four estimates for my roof replacement. Chris was the first to call me back and the first to come out to take a look. He spent time going over my roof..Concluded that it did need to be replaced (no surprise to me). He spent time explaining the whole replacement process, showing me his products, etc. I didn't get any kind of shady vibe from him at all like I did from some of the other company representatives. Maybe cause Chris is an actual roofer and not a salesman. Chris gave a very fair price for the job. Him and his crew came within a week and replaced the roof. Quality shingles, quality work. It really looks great. And it was a bit cheaper than some of the other quotes received. Chris stayed and supervised the job over the days. This made me feel comfortable. The guys cleaned up everything once they were done. Landscaping wasn't damaged at all. I always try to support local businesses and not the big guys. Chris and Able Roofing's work is high quality at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate, your roof will look great!
