Description of Work: These folks love what they do and they are extremely good at it. I hired them to pave a 300 ft. residential driveway. I had done my homework on paving including talking with a municipal engineer and relatives in the business (too far away to hire). So I knew what I was looking for. Quotes were on time, the locations of other work provided, site preparation was thorough and far beyond what I anticipated, paving was done in two passes with weeks between passes to allow the first pass to settle before the final pass. Everything was on time. I can't say enough about how well they performed. Strangers driving by on the street stopped to ask who did the excellent paving job.

Description of Work: Ripped up old asphalt driveway and put down base and fresh asphalt. I believe they over-estimated the square footage, but we reconciled when I brought it to their attention. My overall experience was very good.

Description of Work: It took a week or so to come out and look at the job - seal coat an existing paved driveway. They were the middle of four estimates received but the only provider to submit a formal written proposal. The work was done cleanly and efficiently and no coating was on the Belgian Block border. In addition they did not ask for a deposit and billed after completion of the job. A truly professional and customer focused firm.

Description of Work: I was very happy that they made this driveway replacement/improvement project as straight-forward and non-stressful as possible. When Roger came over to review the current state of the driveway and some of the structural concerns that I had, we came up with a solution that will provide a solid foundation and good drainage for years to come. In addition to tearing out the old pavement, we went deeper and wider. They arrived promptly with crew and equipment to remove the old asphalt, and installed a solid base and graded it perfectly. After letting the base settle for several weeks, they returned promptly once again, installed the new asphalt and curbing, and cleaned up the site before they left. The way the team orchestrated the equipment and manual groundwork was impressive to watch and photograph. They even discovered and repaired an issue with my curtain drain that was damaged when a previous company installed my driveway. Sue at the office was great in scheduling and keeping me informed of when the work was going to be performed. This is not the place to look for a cheap job. If you are looking for good communication, people that honor their appointments and meet their commitments, are knowledgeable in dealing with ground stability issues, and gets the job done promptly and professionally for a fair price then A Silverio is the team to work with. Description of Work: I worked with Roger and he was really easy to work with and communicate with. He was by far the most responsive of any company I contacted about the job. Throughout the process he always communicated well. They did a great job on the driveway. The only reason I didn't give them an "B" rating on quality was because the day they came to put the asphalt down I think they were a bit rushed because of a storm coming later in the day. They wanted to get it done before the rain came. But I think because of that the final details weren't as great as they could have been (cleanup of asphalt on Belgian blocks, etc). Overall though I was definitely recommend these guys. Good communication, good price, always easy to work with.

Description of Work: Excavated and removed my old driveway surface, regrade and repair the area and repave a large portion of the entrance to my driveway and the turn-around/parking area in front of my garage. Approximately 2300 SQ/FT.

Description of Work: Our old driveway was removed and replaced with base and new asphalt. Our driveway length is about 300 feet long with extra parking space at end. On day one - old driveway was removed and new base was put down and compacted. Then we waited 3 weeks, or so, for the base to settle. New driveway was put down in less than a day.

Description of Work: I had silverio paving do some repair work on the concrete floor in my garage and also put down a new aspalt driveway. Their price came in slightly lower than my other quotes and I'm very happy with the work performed. Quality seems very good and I have not had any problems since.
