All commitments were met: appointments were confirmed and kept, installation scheduled and completed in a very short time. Dan (owner/sales) and installation crew were professional and personable.

I contacted Millard Enterprises and another Angie's List provider at the same time to inquire about getting an estimate for having tinted window film installed on windows in our recently completed sun room addition. Susan Orlacchio, an Acct. Exec. with Millard Enterprises, contacted me the very next day and I emailed my windows sizes to her for a quote. The following day I received window tint samples in the mail from Millard Enterprises which I immediately put up on our windows to see the results and ponder over what tints my husband and I liked. I also received a quote via email from Susan based on the measurements I provided. The turn around time to my initial request, 1-2 days!, was remarkable as I stood at my windows with tinted samples on them and gazed at the possibilities. In the meantime, the other vendor was just getting around to responding to my email with apologies about how busy he was, etc. Although he did end up sending me a lower priced quote, it contained nothing whatsoever about what kind of tints and/or films would be used and I wasn't really sure what I would be getting for my money.I I chose Millard Enterprises because their customer service blew me away! I contacted Susan again after my husband and I agreed upon which window tint we liked best and a week to the day, after contacting them, I had tinted window film installed on my windows! The guys who came to do the installation were very courteous and gave us positive feedback on our choice of tint as well as answering all my questions. We now have comfort, protection from UV rays, and a warranty, Millard Enterprises provided excellent customer service, experience, trust, and confidence. I would highly recommend them and use them again should the need arise.

We had just moved into our home and realized that in just 4 years after construction the sun has faded the floors to the point we had the floors re-done. To protect this investment we wanted to slow down the effect of the sun shining through the many windows, a key feature in our selection of this home. Millard was quick to call back and set up a home appointment to discuss the tinting options available through them. They prepared a written proposal on the spot and upon our acceptance scheduled the installation. A team of 5 came to the house at the appointed time and worked quickly. All were very polite and friendly, and took care to not damage any household belongings such as lamps and knick knacks. They reviewed the warranty on the installed product as well as cleaning and maintenance instructions. We have been very happy with the result.

Arrived close to the time promised. Called as they were on their way, as promised. Did a completely fast, polite, and professional job.
