+ -1 moreThey arrived on time (in fact a bit early)....They were very organized and did a beautiful job of installing my new faucet. While at my home, I asked them to look at one other 'quick' job. They were only too happy to help me secure my sump pump to the cellar wall. The final price was actually a bit under the estimate. Have to love that. Would definitely recommend. Plan on hiring again for my next bathroom project.

+ -1 moreAbout a week ago when we flushed our toilets we would get a gargling sound from our shower. Unaware of what could be causing it, (plumbing vet, roots in pipes ect.) I called Hicks and they were able to come to my home in a very reasonable amount of time. Turns out the problem wasn't at extensive as I thought it would be, the water trap in that particular shower had run dry. After a quick laugh the shower was turned on and then we flushed the toilet. The gargling had gone away. Not my finest moment as a home owner, but he was very courteous and offered no charge.
