AWFUL. I wanted just 1 experienced guy to bring tools and help me, but night before Luis/Lewis said he said he wanted to send 2 experienced guys who would finish quicker. I agreed as I didn't want to mess up my back. He said start by 8am and finish by 2pm. 1 guy seemed experience the other was maybe a high school kid who couldn't understand English. At 2pm, they hadn't even finished HALF OF THE 1st one. Also they were uninstalling panels which they didn't put on properly. I told the lead guy my concerns and he said that he had no idea when it might be done and he spoke to Lewis to let him know. I called Lewis and he didn't pickup or call me back. I told the guys to just get their equipment and leave. The lead seemed surprised. Help carry their stuff to their truck(so he wouldn't drive over my lawn again). I said I wanted to talk with Lewis but the guy said he was in a meeting. I sad I would pay Lewis but the guy wanted cash now. The guy said he would settle for Only $300 and he would leave. I tried Lewis again with now answer or callback. I gave the guy a check to leave. I had another contractor come and look to finish the job, he said that they used staples instead of 3inch nails. which is true as they were left around the ground. Now Its going to cost double to recheck all the work they did. Also my lawn is a mess NEVER AGAIN.
