They did an excellent job, and refinished and painted the channel so that you couldnt see any difference

Chris was not only a professional but so very nice and helpful. He completed the job and checked in to make sure all was well. They are all amazing at Cos Cob TV.

Chris came out and checked it out, but wanted to have a technician come out and make sure the job was doable. I also wanted to do some work in another TV room to have an IR eye put in so I could close the cabinets and still change the channel. I waited about 10 days and heard nothing- I emailed him, no response. I finally called the store and spoke to someone else, who sounded appalled that no one had contacted me and assured me I would hear back soon. It's been several days since. So i guess I'll take my business elsewhere. I will never understand how businesses get a customer who is ready to pay you to do a job and you don't call them back- its a layup!. Maybe they do good work, I can't speak to it though unfortunately.

I've had a very good experience with them. They are reasonably priced. They were prompt. They showed up when they said they were going to, they did what they said they were going to do. The staff was not exceptional but they were adequate.

They provided a clear estimate, were punctual and professional. The installation was well done, although I would have liked more guidance on if and how we could use the mount to rotate the television. My one complaint is that when we discussed running a second HDMI cable, they wanted to charge a considerable amount for it (the part, not the labor). I have kept up with the huge variance in prices for HDMI cables, and I'm well aware that they are available online for less than $10, and I had to be pretty firm that I was not interested in paying considerably more for the cable. In the end, I bought a cable myself and ran it through the existing hole without issue.

I had some questions about how to network my television, internet and computer systems. They quickly understood the problem and explained what they would be able to do and what not. I was also given an estimate of the price. They were very considerate of my budget and suggested an alternative that I could do myself that would save me hundreds of dollars.

They were highly skilled, very professional, made good suggestions for different options, and overall did an excellent job.
