+ -1 moreI am an online business owner, so it is imperative that I have my computer. Anytime I have any kind of emergency with my computer, he drops everything to get it done. They have done this for me at least 3 times. I will not use anyone else. I have also purchased a refurbished laptop from them-I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my mother.
