About us

Advanced Custom Carpentry is a single member LLC which is very similar to a sole proprietor except for the legal business entity. I, Seth Arzt, work alone most of the time. If necessary I will hire subcontractors especially if there is plumbing or electrical work done as I am not licensed in those areas.

Advanced Custom Carpentry (ACC) does all types of remodeling. 90% of the work done by ACC are high end custom decks and sunrooms. We really enjoy creating an outdoor living space that a homeowner can really appreciate. That being said we also enjoy doing most other types of remodeling and handyman work.

Services we don't offer

We do not do commercial work, refinishing hardwood floors
