His inspection was thorough and he even gave reccommendations on how we could resolve some of the issues ourselves. Be sure to be specific. I paid a price, but was not told, to get a drawing or blue print with a seal stamp, would be more money, than what I was quoted. Never mentioned, but while at my home, asked again for something and a written note. No seal, no drawing and never said a word about additional fees.

I wanted to move an interior wall to make more room for the kitchen and close in a half bathroom. Adam came by later that day and looked at the trussed roof and quickly determined that the wall was not load bearing and could come down. He came back a second tjme and measured to draw up a plan for my permit. Total Cost came to $550. He was definitely cheaper and quicker than one of the local firms who called me a week later and wanted to charge me $500 just to come out and look at it.
