I hired Adam to look at a retaining wall that was pegged in a home inspection as needing repair. This was a house we were making an offer on. Adam gave us enough information to decide what we would need for the owner to compensate us. Unfortunately, the owner would not do what we required, however Adams input probably saved us a lot of headaches in the future

Adam is very professional, courteous,and to the point. He was able to perform an inspection for us within just a couple of days from first contacting him. His inspection was thorough and he even gave reccommendations on how we could resolve some of the issues ourselves. If you need a project engineer or even just a thorough structural inspection, Adam is the guy.
