Thinking we had a foundation issue , we contacted Adam to assess a significant sloping floor on the main level with several cracks in the concrete floor in the basement. Adam was quick to reply to my request and came out on a Saturday morning to assess our flooring issue. He took his time assessing, explained the cause, who to contact to fix the issue and ways in which it could be properly fixed. Fortunately, it is not a structural issue and we can move forward with repairs. It was well worth the money ( which we found to be fair ) to have piece of mind and to have the knowledge of what needs to be done when we are ready to work with a contractor.
