+ -1 moreThe planning...Bruno made us think that we were all on the same page. He was very nice. The first day the contractor was site...I was not home. Bruno promised me he would take out a treasured bush with care, so that we could transplant it. When I got home, the bush had been chopped to pieces!!! That should have been the first sign. After the addition was finished, we noticed that the new bathroom was a lot colder than the bedroom. This was the year we had an extremely cold winter. To our horror one day the pipes in the bathroom froze. I guess at th point I should mention...our addition was put on piers to save money on a foundation. We questioned about the possibility of the pipes freezing. He said, "We'll box them in with an insulated box. That way if work on the pipes were needed, it would be easy to get at." It wasn't on the plans. So it didn't get done!
Description of Work: Addition of a master bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom. In addition we had them put in new windows and siding in the rest of the house.
