septic tank
+ -1 moreWhat would I have done without Lance's expertise? He is a true professional he loves his work and is so easy to work with. Lance saved me thousands of dollars when he won final design on an simpler engineered septic system that met all of the mandated State of Connecticut sanitation requirements. He was able to work very effectively with the engineer and town sanitarian. The septic system was tricky and Lance installed it flawlessly. He was on time, on budget and worked well with everyone. Lance is proud of the work he does and he does it very well, indeed. Hiring Lance to oversee and install the septic and water system was the best thing I did to bring our cottage up to current building and health codes.
Description of Work: Hayward Construction was hired to plan and install a complete engineered septic system and water connections to a seasonal cottage where one had never existed. Hayward Construction was hired to bring the septic and water up to current building code.
