Glenn handled our clogged septic tank problem. Problem rectified within a few hours of my call. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we are so satisfied with the service provided!

Drainworks scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. Not only did they notify me 30 minutes prior to their arrival as promised, they sent me a photo of the technician! Eric arrived on time and I was completely at ease. He was polite, efficient, explained everything to me in a way that was understandable. He was even able to fix my hot water pipe on the spot! I was searching on Angi list and requested a quote late at night and by 700am the next day, I received a call from them saying they could come out first thing, so of course I was pretty happy about that. They were very fast to respond vs others I reached out to and I was told Glen could come and help me out right away. He called me to say he was a few minutes away, which ended being earlier then expected but I would rather have that then late any day. He was friendly and professional and went beyond his job in helping me with something else that came up unexpectedly.
