The guys were great! I woul definitely recommend them without reservation.

I called them for a very slow, nearly completely clogged upstairs bathroom sink. He arrived on time. Kept his mask on. Maintained social distancing. Fixed the sink with no added expense beyond the quoted price. Left no mess. And as a curtesy also snaked the bathtub drain "while he was here" at no added cost. Before leaving he gave good recommendations on how to prevent any further problems. I very highly recommend Drainworks and will seek them out again if need be.

The plumber who came out, Stefan, was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of suggestions so that our problem didn't happen again. Came out and took care of my problem when I needed them and that's what I like.

I have been ripped off of 650 dollars and the problem has not been resolved. I hired them to fix my toilet which was flushing very slowly. I explained the problem to them and they said they would charge me 59 dollars to do an assessment then give me an estimate to fix the slow flushing toilet. They gave me an estimate of 650 to clear a clog which would fix the toilet. They spent 15 minutes, , said they had fixed the toilet,I paid them 650 dollars, but noticed it was still not flushing properly. . When I asked them why the toilet was still not functioning properly, they said the toilet needed replacement because it was old. If you want to replace the toilet and want us to do it, we can give you an estimate!, I am wondering why was I not told that the toilet needed replacing up front? UPDATE 12/31/2020: Received 50% refund after much haggling.

Drainworks of Columbia CT solved a serious septic system blockage at our home in Hebron when no one else would. After a quick call to set up an appointment Justinâ s team were at our home first thing the next morning. They diagnosed the blockage problem using cameras and newer technology that permits them to work faster and more efficiently than others. Then they brought in a crew and the equipment to fully clean out the blockages and repair our septic system. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully all day in a cold rain until they completed the repairs same day. Wow! Consider me a DrainWorks customer for life.

Stefan,Alex,and Derrick were very easy to work with. Their diagnostic skills were right on in helping solve a problematic blockage other companies failed to reveal. Timely, professional, and friendly they cleared stubborn blockage and installed very accessible clean out for future use all in one day. Highly recommended! Would use again.

i call them on sunday a women answer the phone,,,we had a argument on the phone,,,, her and i had a argument about how often i should pump my septic tank,,,,i tought the customer is always right,,,,i do not think that i will need their service in the future,,,,,,but the gentleman that did the pumping was very professional he did a great job no complains ,,,thank you Guy
