I didn't actually need DrainWorks to do work in my house. I had some standing water in my basement drain and I wanted a pro to look at it and make sure it was ok. Justin from DW assured me it was normal, likely a result of elevevated ground water due to recent storms. I also asked him about installing a back up sump pump and he made a different recommendation that made a lot more sense. He was knowledgable and friendly and gave great advice - well worth the $69 consult fee for his expertise and the peace of mind it provided me.

Making the appointment was easy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Derrick the tech was super nice, knowledgeable and personable. Explained everything to us and really knew what he was talking about.

Drain works was quick to contact me to set up a visit the very next day. Stefan was on time, professional and personable. He checked out the clog/slow drain we had in our shower tub and gave me the options and prices available. He took care of the blockage and I’m happy to say I’m no longer swimming in my tub when showering! Their company also offered an annual membership, which I took and got the benefits right away. The peace of mind alone was worth the extra money. I hope to not need to hire them again, but they’d be the first I call if I have another clogged up drain.

Responded quickly to calls. Justin, who came out to our house explained in detain the work they were going to do and how long it will take. Price was fair and in line with other estimates I got. They were a couple of hundreds dollars more, however, their friendliness and professional service was worth the extra cost. We're happy to have chosen them.

It's Saturday, I have company and my drain backed up into the basement. I registered with Home Advisor and left a message with Drainworks, Jasmin responded quickly and was ready to send a technician. I refused because Home Advisor said somebody else was on the way. That person never showed. Hours later I called DrainWorks back and Jasmin had a technician at my house within an hour.  More expensive than I expected, but maybe not since it was a Saturday evening and they saved the weekend. Technician Dan was clean and friendly and got the job quick. I will work with Drainworks in the future.

I plan on using them for any future plumbing work I need.

Every technician that came to my house was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again, if needed.

I hired them because they said they could pump my septic AND snake my drain. They did pump my tank very nicely, they were available when I needed them, and they were able to identify a problem immediately. However, what they meant by snaking the drain is that they could send another person out for an additional fee to snake the drain. I was also only quoted for the pumping and not the snaking so I ended up paying double what I thought I was going to pay. I also found out AFTER the first payment/job that they had a military discount so that was a little disappointing, but I am very grateful that it was applied to the second payment/job.
